D106 is a two bedroom deluxe floor plan that will a accommodate up to eight guest with a spacious 1200sq. feet, fully furnished.

The living room has a flat screen TV/cable and DVD player, sofa pull out queen size sleeper and sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony.

The dining area includes a table that will seat four guest along with a bar that will seat three. The kitchen is renovated with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV/cable, a chair, sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom has two full size beds, a flat screen TV/cable and DVD player, a chair, a foot stool, a sliding glass door that leads to its own small private balcony overseeing the D/E pool deck.

There is a new full size washer/dryer (replaced Spring 2018) inside the condo, carpet in both of the bedrooms and tile throughout the rest of the condo. The balcony is equipped with nice new furniture (replaced Spring 2018). View- directly faces the water, you can also see down the beach East/West, with a sunset view. You can also view the D/E pool area from the balcony.
