I got this condo for my mother & two aunts. They could not wait to call/FaceTime to show it off. One of them said this was the probably one of the nicest places they’ve ever stayed. The view was perfect! The staff was very, very helpful with questions & parking for them! Will definitely save this property for future family trips!

Had a fantastic stay! Unit was clean, very nice upgrades and inviting!! View was gorgeous and weather was perfect! Location of Watercrest is perfect….plenty of beachfront with less crowds!

Wonderful vacation spot

Our vacation here has been one of the best we have ever had! ( we have been on a lot of vacations) the property is clean and we had such beautiful views, you can bring the inside outside with the large sliding doors ( 2 large sliding doors) the furniture is beautiful. The large balcony is a great place to sit and relax, it could use new furniture but still great place to sit! We will be back again!

We’ve stayed at the Watercrest multiple times and love the location. This condo was clean and has a beautiful view. The not as good, condo is very dated and the balcony was super crowded with too much (rusting) patio furniture.

"Wowed" by Watercrest!

We've been vacationing in PCB for 20 years (since we were in High School), and this was our first time at Watercrest. The building is beautiful, the amenities are updated and clean, security staff is extremely friendly, parking is stress-free...I could go on and on about this building. Elevators are fast and plentiful for the amount of floors. The beach access is super easy and convenient (even though we didn't get to go much because of severe weather during our stay), and definitely family-friendly. We love the Thomas Drive area and can't wait to come back! The condo: Pros - HUGE and spacious, plenty of room to spread out and relax. The bedrooms and bathrooms are both open and comfortable, living room furniture was crazy comfortable. The views from the balcony were just beautiful, even during a tornado warning. ;) The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, pots/pans, glasses and mugs, etc. We loved the floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the unit, especially in the master bedroom. All of the sheets/blankets/pillows were very clean and comfortable. Cons - VERY outdated throughout the entire condo. I'm not someone that really cares how nice and new the furniture is in a condo rental as long as it's comfortable and clean, but this is mainly about everything else. The carpet in the living room and bedrooms looks to be near original and is in need of replacement. The appliances in the kitchen, minus the dishwasher, also need to go. We had issues with the stove not cooking evenly, and a metallic burning smell when we used the oven. The refrigerator settings are older, so unless you know what to look for your food is either going to spoil or it's all going to freeze. The beds all had different types of mattress pads on them, all with strange consistencies. One of the two queen beds in the second bedroom had a mattress topper that was too small for the bed itself - so we just had one of the kids sleep on that one, and the other two on the other... definitely some details are being missed in this unit. The patio furniture is old and rusted, especially the table and chairs, so we didn't sit there this weekend to avoid having a run in with a rusty edge. This condo has the potential to be absolutely breathtaking, but it definitely needs some TLC and some updating. Overall, we loved our stay even though it stormed the entire time we were in PCB. The updates needed had minimal effects on our stay, and we would love to stay at Watercrest again!

Broken kitchen appliances

The coffee pot would not work. Found a new one in the closet but it had no carafe. Both blenders did not work. We had to go buy new ones. I tried to contact property manager but could not get through. The fridge was so cold it froze all my vegetables and I had to throw out all my lettuce . Rusty furniture on the deck. The beds were jacked and the sheets did not fit. I like this Water rest condominium complex very much and the corner deck but this owner needs to fix these issues: otherwise it was very nice.
