Majestic unit 1413 is a spacious one bedroom condo, with modern decor. The master bedroom features a king bed with an en suite bathroom, with Jacuzzi tub. The fully equipped kitchen features a large countertop that faces the Gulf. Stainless steel appliances, lots of storage, and everything you need to cook and serve meals, including a Keurig, coffee pot, blender, and dishes. The living room features a dining table and bar seating for 8 guests. There is a queen sleeper sofa and a twin cot. Washer and Dryer. Your private balcony looks over the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches! Large screen Smart TV in the bedroom, and the living room. Wi-Fi.
You will feel safe while on our property, with 24 hour security, guard gate at the property entry, and coded keyless entry to the condo.

The parking is available in the covered garage, the parking cost is $40 per vehicle, paid through a separate link after the booking is confirmed. This unit comes with a dedicated parking space after the parking access is secured.
CONFIRMATION OF YOUR BOOKING INCLUDES AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES. IF ANY RULE IS BROKEN DURING YOUR STAY, YOU WILL BE EVICTED IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.
*The parking fee is $41.50 for the whole stay. We will need your email after the reservation is confirmed to send you a link, so you can register your vehicle and pay the fee anytime before your arrival.
*This unit has a dedicated number of wristbands and one gym card. Upon departure, please return the wristbands and gym card to the designated place in the unit. Unreturned wristbands and gym cards result in a $25 fee.
*PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE NUMBER OF GUESTS IN THE UNIT NEEDS TO MATCH THE NUMBER OF GUESTS ON YOUR RESERVATION.
GUESTS THAT ARE NOT REGISTERED ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE UNIT. Unauthorized person fee is $100 per person/per day, and the host reserves the right to evict with no refund if this house rule is broken.
* ABSOLUTELY NO PETS. There is a strict policy in place that prohibits animals of any kind including Emotional Support Animals.
Violation of this rule will incur a $500 fee and immediate eviction with no refund.
*NO SMOKING in the unit. You may smoke outside with the balcony door closed. Smoking in the unit and if there is a smell of smoking in the unit will incur a fine of $200 per day.
* You must be 18 years or older to rent this unit.
* We encourage you to add travel insurance through Airbnb. You may be able to be reimbursed if you need to cancel. Please review Airbnb’s travel insurance prior to booking to see what is covered.
* Early check in, and late check out may be available for $55.00. Check with host first.
*Check-In and Check-out times are strict, unless arranged with the host. If you have not secured a late check out with the host, you must depart the unit at 10:00 AM. Late check out will be assessed at 10:15 AM, with a charge of $100 for the first hour, and $50 for each additional hour.
* Guests who display violent or unsuitable behavior will be evicted immediately without a refund. This includes inappropriate behavior due to substances. NO PARTIES PERMITTED IN THE UNIT.
* We provide basic "startup" items: 2 rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels. Garbage bags, dishwasher pods and basic cleaning supplies. We do not provide coffee or food supplies. If you need additional supplies, there are stores close by, as well as grocery delivery services.
* The linens and bath towels we provide are for INSIDE USE ONLY. Please bring your own beach towels.
***NOTE ABOUT SLIDING GLASS DOOR TO BALCONY: When you go down to the beach, or leave the condo for any reason PLEASE make sure you close the sliding glass door. If left open, the A/C unit could freeze up, which would make your stay uncomfortable, and could make you subject to additional charges for repair.
*Please be aware that the single rollaway bed is not recommended for people over 160lbs.
* * NOTICE REGARDING MAINTENANCE:
-We ask for your understanding and patience if a repair or maintenance need occurs inside the unit during your stay. We will make every effort to address issues that come up in a timely manner.
-if there is an emergency or repair issue, Majestic has a maintenance staff that will attend, and has the owner’s permission to enter the unit when necessary. We will attempt to notify you if maintenance staff needs to enter, though sometimes it is not possible to know their work order flow. PLEASE NOTICE ANY SIGNS POSTED IN THE ELEVATOR DURING YOUR STAY, MAJESTIC MAKES A PRACTICE OF POSTING IMPORTANT REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE EVENTS HERE.
If a guest refuses to let maintenance or approved staff enter the unit, they may face immediate eviction with no refund.
-NOTE: Please do not attempt to repair anything. Contact us immediately if there is an issue that needs maintenance, and we will contact them.
**PLEASE BE ADVISED** if any for unexpected emergency/repair/reason the resort amenities become unavailable for use during your stay, it is out of the owner’s control, and owner is not responsible.
** Extended stay fee of $140 applies to "Stays over 15 days"
** PLEASE NOTE** this fee will be added separately and requested as a separate transaction.
* $150 charge for alterations and cancellations.
* *Please be aware that in Florida, there are insects due to our climate and surrounding nature habitats. It is not uncommon to see them in the units, but we do practice regular scheduled pest control.
