DETAILS:
As you enter Living the Beach Life 2 you will be greeted with the large, open floor plan. A totally renovated and exquisitely designed tropical oasis is everything you are looking for in a coastal beach retreat. The cozy living room features comfortable seating for your entire group providing the perfect place for vacation movie night or game on the 75" TV. Boasting a total of 4 full bedrooms including two bedrooms with private luxurious bathrooms with huge walk-in showers that feature tranquil rain showerheads.

Upgrades throughout include gorgeous shiplap walls, detailed tile, custom-trimmed mirrors, and quartz countertops. It's the perfect location and the beach is just steps from the front door.

The expansive outdoor living space with private pool and new pool cabana, boasts a new, oversized pool, spacious sun deck with a variety of lounge chairs, separate grilling area with a gas grill.

Located adjacent to the pool is a new air-conditioned pool cabana with queen size sofa sleeper, 65” TV, ice maker, mini-refrigerator, and roll-up service window. It’s great a fantastic space to take a break from the sun and relax in the air conditioning and offers additional sleeping space.

The chef’s kitchen offers designer cabinets, quartz countertops, and stainless appliances. Coffee aficionados will love the Keurig coffee brewing system in addition to a 12-cup drip coffee maker. Adjacent is the dining area with table seating for 8. The kitchen and dining area opens to the living room which has near floor-to-ceiling windows, flat-screen television, and a vast sectional sofa under exposed timber ceiling beams.

The Master Bedroom has a private bathroom with a gorgeous walk-in shower with a tranquil rain shower head. Down the hall is the first guest bedroom with a full bed and a twin bed. Bedroom 2 also has a private bathroom with a gorgeous walk-in shower with a tranquil rain shower head. Bedroom 3 is the closest bedroom to the pool and outdoor living area. It features a king-size bed and a twin bed. Outside Bedroom 3 you will find the Bunk Area that features twin bunk beds – the perfect place for the young and the young at heart! Bedroom 3 and the Bunk Area share the third full bathroom that features a shower/tub combination.

Great Location - Beach House

This beach house was in a great location. So many fun things to do around you if you want to take a break from the beach. Multiple restaurant choices in close proximity. The backyard was a fun and relaxing spot to get away from the beach for a bit but still feel like you're on "vacation time". Great beach house for family vacations!

Wonderful Property

We love, love, love this property! Even though it is older than most places we have stayed at it is very well kept up, nice beach type furnishings and decorations. It is very comfortable and has a home like feeling! It is literally 25-30 feet from the walkway to the beach, and all on one level which is very nice! The pool was very nice, well maintained and the pool cabana is very nice! I can’t say enough good about this property! We want to stay here again if this property is available when we come back to PCB! I was sad to leave it! This property is my favorite out of the dozen or so houses we have stayed at between Gulf Shores and Fort Meyers over the past 6 years!

Excellent Location

Everything was as advertised. We absolutely loved the neighborhood. Mostly families. The house was great. Right across the street from boardwalk. The pool was enjoyable after a day at the beach. Kitchen was supplied well. Bring extra towels. House was very clean and decorated nicely. Our family pet came and she was happy. Will definitely rent this place again.

Perfect getaway home across from the beach!

We had such an amazing time. The house was clean and decorated so nicely. It did not have blow dryers but if you request some Im sure they would provide them. When we showed up there was not any beach chairs so they brought us some which was so nice. The beach also has chair and umbrella service for 100 a day if you choose not to haul chairs on your trip. There is a pull out couch that we used for evening movie nights. The kitchen was well equipped and they had a couple of towels in each bathroom but I would suggest taking your own. The pool was amazing with plenty of lighting for the evenings. The cons: We went during Memorial Day weekend so there were a lot of drunk young adults walking the streets and on the beach at night since there is a bar is a block down so we didnt feel safe walking the beach at night unfortunately. The car garage is not equipped to park your car inside of but they were nice enough to let me squeeze my small trailer in it for the week. Also, there are no curtains or blinds on the front doors and kitchen window so in the evenings anyone who passes can see inside the house if the lights are on. Overall the location and house is amazing and we would definitely book again in the future!

Kids first beach trip

Property was amazing, swim in the pool and literally grab a towel to head to the beach! The house is down from the main strip so there’s less traffic and it’s easy to get around. Andy was helpful and always available, he went out of his way to help us. Can’t wait to plan our next stay!

Amazing Beach Getaway

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The beach access is RIGHT across from the front door! The home is updated and gorgeous! The kitchen had almost everything you could need. (Make sure to bring heavy duty garbage bags- we had 2 major bag breaks using the clear ones in the house. Not a big deal but it was a mess cleaning crab and shrimp shells up without a mop or broom. As I said not a big deal.) the pool area is amazingly big and very clean. We spent some time at the umbrella covered table in the back. Super relaxing. We would highly recommend this rental!! The area is super quiet and peaceful. We hope to return soon!!

AWESOME PLACE!

This place is really cool. Very nice size with 3 great bedrooms and plenty of sleeping space. Bathrooms are fantastic and everything was extremely well stocked (including full kitchen with many utensils, grill, etc.) Andy was extremely responsive and ready to help with anything we needed. You cannot beat this location. You can see the ocean from the front window, steps from the beach (just cross the boardwalk) and a wonderful backyard with beautiful pool. Our two kids loved spending mornings at the beach then relaxing in the backyard in the afternoon. We were surrounded by college spring breakers, but the house was very well insulated, we couldn't hear any music or noises and everyone slept great (despite the other parties in the neighborhood) Can't recommend this place enough.

A PCB GEM!

We thoroughly enjoyed this perfect home away from home. Quaint, spacious, comfortable and clean. The backyard swimming pool, grill, and smoker were a huge hit. Bedrooms are situated perfectly for space and privacy. Location is so convenient. With access to beach just steps away, we started and finished each day with a walk on the beach. We dined-in in order to practice effective social distancing. Kitchen was functional and well-eqippped; perfect for our group of eight. We will be back.
