Bella Vita is a spacious 2400+sqft, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home in Seacrest Beach community, just off Scenic Hwy 30A. Situated only 700 yards from beach access and walking distance to Rosemary Beach, this lovely home offers an open floor plan with tile flooring, granite countertops in the kitchen, and French doors leading to a balcony on each floor! There are 3 king bedrooms, a bedroom with 2 twin bunkbeds, and a pull-out sofa sleeper, allowing for sleep accommodations for up to 12 guests. The 1st floor master bedroom features access to the covered back porch while the 2nd floor master bedroom has access to a private covered balcony. Your family will love the 3rd floor TV loft area that even has a refreshment area with a sink and small refrigerator. Snowbird Season runs January thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
