Absolutely PERFECT!

We took our 16 yo son, two grown sons, granddaughter, one girlfriend of a son, and our dachshund. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for the week and more. The AC was due for minor maintenance on the day that we arrived and Dustin was very helpful and prompt with getting it done within minutes of contacting him. The golf cart was key to making the trips to the beach and back extremely pleasant!

We found our favorite beach house. The neighborhood is quiet..Perfect for afternoon walks. We love having the back yard and golf cart to take to the beach. The house has a nice floor plan. It is furnished nicely and the kitchen is well stocked. We will definitely recommend it to friends and love ok forward to the next visit.

The Palm house was a great place to relax. All furnishings were gorgeous and comfortable. Kitchen had all the equipment needed. Felt immediately at home, and was perfect for our Aussie Ishka. Nice Neighborhood, fun area to visit.

Great house near beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and perfect for our family. Kids loved the bunk beds and the updated home was very comfortable. We had to contact Dustin during the trip and he was super responsive so that was much appreciated. Golf cart was also great to have to load up and hit the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful House / Wonderful Location

This was a great spot for a quick getaway for a few days. The house appeared to be fairly new with many upgrades. While we didn’t spend a ton of time in the house, the time we did was great. It’s a short golf cart ride to the beach, which was great. Will definitely look to return for a longer stay next time.

Awesome House and Location!

We had an awesome trip! Both the house and location are amazing! The house is immaculate and the beautiful beach is a short 3 minute golf cart ride. You can park the golf cart at the top of the walking path and walk right down to the beach no problem at all (we did it each day of our stay with a 2.5 year old and a 1 month old). The 6 person golf cart with the fold down back for all of our beach stuff was great. Dustin (homeowner) is also very accommodating and easy to communicate with. He is an excellent host. We would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back in the future!

Perfect location close to the beach.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in this very comfortable house. It was very clean, and the beds had crisp linens-the owners have really taken every detail into consideration. We loved the small, quiet community, yet it was very close to Pier Park and 30A. The golf cart was great for getting to the beach access and we also enjoyed morning walks to the beach. We would definitely rent this house again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic in every way!

This is truly great house located a very short golf cart ride away from the beach. The owner (Dustin) is on top of everything and a great communicator. The kitchen is very well stocked for all of your cooking needs. Also, the house is spotless. I wouldn’t have to think twice about booking this property if we were in the area again. Dream Vacation!

We had a fabulous beach vacation, thanks in no small part to renting this property! The owner was fantastic with communication, both before and during the stay. Peaceful neighborhood and beautiful beach!

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. The large kitchen and living room were great for hanging out. Everything was very clean. In a great neighborhood and close to the beach. We normally rent a golf cart, so it was nice it was included, especially one that could hold the whole family in one trip!! Beach access was great - it was much less crowded than other beaches near PCB that we've visited in the past. Look forward to returning next summer!
