Everything about the stay was pleasant excluding the front desk personnel who greeted us. The statement “I don’t need to hear two voices, thank you” isn’t something I prefer to hear after driving several hours with my family to stay at your hotel. Hopefully the gentleman who checked us in can reconsider his attitude so he doesn’t grace other visitors with that sort of talk. The rooms were clean and beautiful otherwise!

The hotel was very convenient to airport and highway into the city. The staff were nice and friendly. Only thing is the breakfast area is in need of additional staff.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! The food was really good! The staff were really nice, especially Hercules from the front desk! The room was clean and looked new! Will definitely stay here again!

Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff so caring. It did take a while for a shuttle to appear to pick us up and in the end we called to check, but once picked up we genuinely had no complaints at all. Thoroughly recommend. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

The facilities were clean and inviting. The room was comfortable, especially for the value. Unfortunately, I had an unsettling experience with the front desk attendant, Jose which has made me reconsider my desire to return to the hotel. I would love to talk to a manager about this experience.
