Great last minute stay!
Originally just used the hotels park n fly feature when traveling north from Orlando. Unfortunately, the flight back into Orlando was delayed so I stayed last minute here. Took about 15 minutes for shuttle to pick me up in terminal C. Driver was not friendly at all. Front desk staff were very nice! They offer complimentary coffee in the lobby, but not hot tea which I felt was very discriminatory. Room was extremely clean. Bed was comfortable and room was very quiet. Shower at nice and hot and there is an ample towel supply. I like the indoor access to the rooms because it keeps the hotel room more quiet than an outward facing hotel room door. And I travel alone a lot, and I feel much Safer. Had the $10 breakfast in the restaurant and it was absolutely delicious and well worth the price! Overall, this is a wonderful hotel and our go to when we fly out of Albany.

Guy at front desk was rude, place smells of grease, mold in bathroom cuz shower leaks. Drinks at bar tasted delicious just wish they were open until 11pm as advertised.

Friendly, but we came in on the brightline and they would not transport us from the brightline station at the airport , we were told to go back to terminal C for pickup.we were too tired too go back and get the train to go to terminal C. We were on scooters and had suitcases. We took a taxi. Pool looked nice, exercise room looked nice.

We really liked this hotel. Very clean and quiet. We liked the style of the rooms. One bummer is no breakfast available. We would stay here again.
