Comfortable and convenient

Property was comfortable and conveniently located by MCO airport. Our room had a few maintenance issues. The main door lock was difficult to open because the lock mechanism was old or misadjusted. The closet doors would not stay shut because the closet latch was not working) and the closet doors kept hitting the main door.

Mostly good, but not great.

It was good, but the hallways smell musty and the room i stayed in seemed a little worn. Paint chipping, a usb port that doesnt work. The plumbing seems slow to drain.

We had never stayed in a suite before and it really impressed us. Wonderful hotel - clean, quiet, great facilities, and close to the airport (the free shuttle was perfect for our early morning flight). Would love to stay here again the next time I’m in Orlando.

We are stuck in FL because of the hurricane. The people at this hotel have gone out of their way to help us. The kindness shown can not be measured by 5 stars. Plus it’s clean & within walking distance of liquor store, a little market & restaurants.
