The morning and evening staff are very rude. However, the nighttime staff are nice and very friendly. The room was not good at all; they needed new furniture. Additionally, the pool is not kid-friendly if they don't know how to swim. I love the fact that's its so many varieties of food to eat from the mall is over there so the area is pretty nice decent
