Missing Carpet?
I don’t typically leave a review but this was a disappointing stay. The floor we were on was apparently being renovated, as there was no carpet in the hallways. Padding and all was ripped out. It looked weird, abandoned and had a funny smell. Then at 7:30 am the following morning, they started work installing new carpet. Very loudly. I would think the property would refrain from booking the rooms on a floor being renovated. Also small things like the shower door not staying closed during a shower, blankets being very thin, random hairs found around…. Just not good. I’ve added pictures of our departure and our wait to even use the elevator because they were installing the new carpet.

The staff was fantastic - especially the overnight shift as I got in at 2am. The hotel needs attention. The hallway carpets were so dirty there was stuff on them everywhere and many large stains. The light bulb in my bedside lamp was missing. The curtains when closed, had a split in the middle. The couch looked dirty. Everything needs a spiff.

Everything was excellent for our stay. It was a one night stay transition from airport stay as we made our way to Disney World next day. They provided shuttle pick up from Airport to hotel free! It was quick and efficient. Breakfast included was excellent nice waffles, eggs, all the fixings, oatmeal and cold cereals, beverages. Very nice and the staff was super nice and helpful. It was a huge suite as we have daughter with mobility issues so we got wheelchair accessible room. Would recommend and stay again in future.

Shuttle service ruined our stay
The shuttle service ruined our stay. We were exhausted after a 24 hours of travelling & waited 90 minutes for the shuttle at 7pm. Every other hotel shuttle arrived, we rang twice & they promised it was coming. When it finally did the driver missed people and we had to go around the other terminal twice.

While we had a problem with the shuttle flying pass us at like 9 at night, the staff were so kind and really made the small thing like that just not as important. The bed was comfy and breakfast was kid approved.

Front desk staff are preety helpful especially Jariah who made our stay great and was very helpful. One thing we weren't not happy about was the shuttle service, shuttle will pick up but it consists of 3 hotels in 1 bus. So when they pick up it will be a lot of people waiting and and is no system or line so anyone can just ride it even when they just arrived and the one who was there first will not be able to ride the shuttle. The driver was kinda frustrated too when he picked up passenger since it was a lot. We ended up getting a lyft since we've been waiting for the shuttle to arriv for 45 minutes then have to wait for another maybe an hour just to get a ride.

We have stayed at Springhill hotels prior and they were really nice. This one unfortunately was not. Felt very dirty there was grit on floor and stains on the furniture in room. The reviews and ratings are why we booked and it was not like the reviews/ratings at all. The hallways smelled of weed and the room had a weird smell. The curtains were falling off at the top. We were unable to find parking for over 45mins and then after the guy finally allowed us to park in front of the trash cans. Sketchy people coming in and out of resort unsure if it was a safe area or not. The front desk person in morning was friendly while checking out.

Hotel room wasn't very clean. Sofa was very dirty. Bathroom didn't have a sink inside. Hotel lobby had very dirty carpets which smelled really bad. Parking situation was horrible. Barely any parking at any time of the day. You have to drive for hours to find one.

We had a terrible stay beds were very uncomfortable we asked for a room of 5 and ended up with handicap room we found hair on the bathroom and had the worst neighbours they woke us up yelling making so much noise at 6 am. Parking was full we had to wait 30 min for someone to leave. Never again.
