The place was amazing. You can’t park close to your condo though (only downside). It’s a half mile walk to and from your car.

Parking is not ideal. I probably won’t return because of the parking. Condo was clean & beautifully decorated. DIRECTV didn’t work, maintenance never came to fix the tv.

The remote parking lot was a challenge after shopping or during rain etc. The shuttle service should be operational from 8 to 8 and available without the need to pre-arrange to offer an alternative.

Nice!

Stayed at 3 bedroom townhouse with garage. Wonderful on site amenities. Kids had a blast at their 2 water parks on site. Only 3 things I wished would have been different: water pressure in shower and pillows/comforter.

While the amenities such as the water park okay…the water park is only open 10 am-6 pm which was a surprise to us and would close without warning if the heat index was above a certain point for a while. All water is quite a walk to get to, however 10-6 pm they will provide a golf cart or van ride. The lazy river was less than ideal with not enough tubes and River was overcrowded. Our experience with our condo was less than desirable. Upon arriving, our condo had no power and we had to turn on breakers, we asked for coffee and toilet paper multiple times and did not receive them, there was a noticeable amount of hair in the front bedroom shower floor and drain when we arrived. On our final night our A/C quit working and were not offered a new condo to stay in until 9:30 at night and kids were already asleep so we settled for fans. The manager when we left was apologetic but agreed that we should not have experienced any of these issues.

I love the separation of what I would call the adult pool area vs the kid pool area! The decor was unique! If you are looking for safety this resort is gated and have on staff security guard at each entrance point! I dislike the property wasn’t up to par on the cleanliness from large spider webs to stain bed linen’s to poor water pressure in the showers to strings of hair left in the showers! Also the sliding door needed some attention. To the awful smell in the main bedroom closet. I will not be returning unless all issues listed would be resolved.

We had a great vacation at Spectrum Resort! The resort was exceptional. The grounds were well maintained, and customer service was excellent. We had a great time with the family at the water park, which had a little something for everyone in our party; from the lazy river to the kids park. The bar was amazing and the staff there was so nice. We loved how clean and welcoming the unit was. It had everything we needed to make it a comfortable stay. I can’t say enough how happy I am that we chose Spectrum for this year’s family vacation.
