I did not like that I had to pay for parking in their own hotel. But you are forced to other wise. There are no parking options just one… pay!

My stay at the Sheraton Suites Orlando Airport had its ups and downs. The hotel was noticeably short-staffed, requiring guests to pick up towels, bedding, and other necessities directly from the front desk. Additionally, the room phones were non-functional, meaning I had to call the hotel from my cell. I also experienced frustration when trying to order from the SkyBar and Grill, as they didn’t answer their phone after multiple attempts, and when I finally placed my order at the front desk, it arrived incorrect. On the positive side, the staff did their best and always greeted us with a smile, and they do offer a nice shower. Overall, it felt like they were doing what they could given the circumstances.

We chose this hotel because of the indoor pool. I feel it was false advertising. We wanted a place to swim because the weather was bad. The pool was freezing and the room where the pool was was freezing as well very disappointing. The room was very comfortable the greeting was very pleasant, but the hotel did not meet our needs.

Great room, however the sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on, and more importantly, the room smelled terrible. Extremely musty and damp. Not what I would expect from a Sheraton Hotel.
