Beautiful, quiet,peaceful, clean ,excellent free breakfast, very friendly staff, my only complaint is the shuttle to Disney only runs twice a day and is usually full and unavailable, but uber was cheap

Loved my stay here! The staff was amazing and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. Literally the only thing I wasn’t pleased with is that I found multiple strands of hair (that was very obviously not mine or my partner’s) in the bedding (sheets, comforter, blanket, etc.). Kinda grossed out but we asked front desk to have them replaced and they took care of it immediately. Also note to anyone considering staying here, the hotel is definitely more catered to Disney, but if you plan on visiting Universal like we did it’s not the end of the world. It’s literally a 15-20 minute drive, just know there’s no shuttle service for it! Would definitely stay here again!

Loved that they keep hot coffee. When I needed an afternoon pick me up there it was. Great breakfast options. Great location close to Disney and just a 25 min drive to universal. Friendly staff.

Ordered a room with 2 queen beds. They were both not queen beds but full size. Uncomfortable for 3 people. The bathroom light switch did not work. You have to turn on the kitchen light for the bathroom lights to turn on.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. Each time we have stayed for over 10 days to do all the parks. It’s 2 minutes from the entrance of Disney world, with tons of shopping and dining right across the road as well as within a 10 minutes drive. The rooms here are so big and so comfortable. You basically have a full kitchen minus an oven which is so convenient. Another thing we love is getting up in the morning and not having to think about breakfast because of the complimentary breakfast. For a free breakfast, it is great. Lots of options for everyone, including Mickey waffles. This is our home away from home. We absolutely love it.
