They offer a free shuttle service to and from Disney theme parks. Not to Universal. The staff was friendly and answered all our questions during our stay. The area has a Wendy’s, and Firehouse Subs that are open till 10pm. During the day there are other nearby food locations. Will gladly stay here again.

Great choice for visiting Disney

very affordable close to the parks. Very clean hospital workers very convenient area close to restaurants and target. But I would suggest that since it is a hotel that has pets that they have some rooms that our pet free. I was overwhelmed by the amount of dogs in the lobby and I have a slight allergy to pet dander so I was a little itchy.

Buy more forks. Everything else was great.

Buy more forks. There was always a shortage of forks in the breakfast area. Some minor improvements in the organization of the breakfast area could be made but the food was very good.

This is an excellent and affordable location for a Disney World visit. We usually stay on the Disney Springs side (if not staying onsite) - I wish we had known about the sooner. The kitchen and separate bedroom allowed us to spread out a bit. We walked to some of the nearby restaurants and picked up supplies at the nearby Target. We would definitely stay here again.
