It was nice to have the mall right next door. Great dinning options. Hotel was clean. Only thing when I checked in front desk at arrival. No explaination was given about the parking fee to me. All they said was “are you guys parking here” we said yes, he handed us a paper to put in our car. When I get the bill it was $18 dollar a night. He never told me when I checked in. Felt scammed. I would have parked on the outside or paid the 18 it’s just the fact I was not informed at the beginning. Also house cleaning only cleaned my room once during my stay. I stayed for 4 nights and only once was my room cleaned and new towels were brought to be room. Then charge service fee for 4 nights.

It is a very clean and nice property. The staff was attentive. I arrived early on Sunday, the 10th, and the young woman at the desk was so helpful in trying to get me checked in early. The hotel was very busy, but she kept checking on rooms for me.

Overall if was a great experience. My only complaint was I asked for a room with a tube since we were staying there for my small child to have surgery. When i checked in they reassured me that we had one. One more complaint is that they charged us for more nights then we stayed (we booked more but left early) and we still have not been refunded. We did not get to look at breakfast. Room service was pricey but 7/10. Parking was $24 a day with tax..which seems like a lot.
