the gentleman at the service counter was amazingly calm under the stress of over 30 people trying to check in at the same time, in addition to answering the phones. He needs a raise And he was polite when i said i wished i could help him. He was the only pleasant thing about this place, the room was unkept, dirty, hair in the tub, and the place had not been vaccuumed. Only 1 elevator was working, and the hallways were littered and not cleaned.

The lobby area, hallways, and our room smelled bad, like Glade floral sprayed over microwaved fish. The room lighting was harsh and cold. Soap was a trial sized Dove bar. There were wet footprints through the lobby. It didn’t feel comfortable or safe, and we ended up getting a room at another hotel.

I have stayed here several times in the past which is why it was my first choice to stay. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and broken equipment on site. It was much nicer in the past. Next time I go to Orlando I believe I will try a different hotel.

The only Issue that we had is that one of the elevators did not work. Otherwise, the stay was great. Shuttle from and to the airport is a big bonus.
