This was by far the easiest check in process ever. I was able to get from the airport to the hotel from the shuttle with ease. The staff was great and he even assisted me with getting together for my next trip

I have stayed twice, and enjoyed each stay. Hotel is free of bugs, has great breakfast options, and rooms are always maintained with fresh towels. Most cleaning staff do not speak english however. They accept amazon packages with no charge. I love everything with this hotel that even if I stay elsewhere due to prices, I end up moving back to the Ramada. This trip however, 1 of the elevators were out of service.

It was close to the airport. The pillows were possibly the worst hotel pillows ever. It was mostly clean, although the floor wasn't quite. The bathroom needed some work. They also need more than one waffle maker for breakfast.

We had to call several times to get someone to answer the phone to let them know we were at airport ready to be picked up. They would hang up on us and we were still trying to find out where we were supposed to be for pickup. They didn’t just hang up onus once but 9 times and that is not exaggerating.Then we were told our driver was in Route the hotel is only 9 min. From airport our driver finally showed up after a 45 min wait
