This fantastic villa sleeps up to 14 people and features a spectacular pool with a spillover spa, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room fit for relaxation after a long day.
Relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine by laying next to the private pool in the sun loungers or dip your toes into the pool with a spillover spa. There is plenty of outdoor seating next to the pool to lounge about and enjoy the fresh air. Choose any of the 6 sun loungers, 2 ledge loungers on the sun shelf in the pool, or the comfortable sofa seating with an ottoman under the lanai to sit back and relax. When you're ready to have a delicious meal, no need to go inside. Make breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a delicious snack in the stainless steel summer kitchen, equipped with a grill and mini-fridge. Gather around the dining table with seating for 10 and dine al-fresco.

This custom-built bedroom has one set of twin-over-twin bunk beds as well as a set of full-over-full bunk beds - connected with a fun, “cobblestone” bridge for top bunk access back and forth. This bedroom is perfect for kids to close their eyes and fall asleep after a long day of fun! The other 5 bedrooms are all Master Suites with en-suite bathrooms and SMART TVs. 3 of the Master Suites have their own balcony access waiting for you to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea to start your morning or end your night viewing the gorgeous sunset over the golf course.

• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
