Various issues arose during our stay. The rooms have hardwood flooring thereby amplifying all sounds from other rooms. Sensors continually turned off light even when they were needed, including in the bathroom while showering. Air conditioner worked well when it stayed on by it too turned off without warning.

The bedrooms do not have microwaves, and the hotel does not have a traditional bartender. Instead, they serve canned, pre-mixed cocktails from the small "grocery" area, pouring them into a glass with ice. If you're seeking a classic bartender experience, this is not the place for you. Additionally, the hotel offers a limited menu for lunch and dinner. On the positive side, the hotel looks exactly like the photos—it's very clean, quiet, and modern. Ubers are readily available in the area, typically arriving within 5 minutes. The hotel also provides an airport shuttle with a 15-minute wait time for pickup at the airport, located on the ground level. The ride to the hotel takes about 10 minutes. The property is situated in a development alongside other hotels.

Did not like the fact you had to pay for parking and to make it worse you could not have it charged to the room. Had to go out scan a QR Code the follow the instructions which were over 12 pages long including the release you are required, plus the credit card information. Will not stay at a Hyatt Place again and you should note this parking issue on any hotel that uses this burdensome step. Also the hotel was very noisey due to the planes. They went until past midnight and started up before 5 am.

The room I stayed in was spacious and clean. The breakfast in the morning was good. Thank you for adding Oat milk as most breakfast buffets that I have been to don't offer dairy alternatives. The gym and pool area were great! The staff were fantastic and helpful.
