This is our staple whenever we come to Orlando to go to Disney World or just stay in the Orlando area in general. I won’t stay anywhere else. This hotel is not only safe, but it’s very clean. I’m always taken care of. This particular time it was just me and my toddler so there’s so many options for food, there’s a target all in walking distance . And a shuttle to Disney world

Everything was wonderful at this property. Check in was so easy and so efficient. Check out was just as great, quick and easy. The property is very well maintained, our suite was very clean. We were only there for one night before our cruise. We will definitely book this hotel again.

Stood for 3 nights, 4 days. I was immediately greeted upon arrival. We arrived before check-in time, but the front desk staff was nice enough to check if our room was available and luckily for us, it was. Our room was spacious, clean and organized. As we had nothing planned that first day, we explored around and found that Target was just a 2 minute walk from the hotel which was convenient! There are also many restaurants just walking distance. We also went to the pool that day and had a great time, though I wish it was heated. Nonetheless, the pool area was well-maintained, not crowded and my daughter really enjoyed the slide! Overall, I had a great experience and the location is literally perfect (so close to Disney parks!) Would recommend and would stay again!

The most important thing to know about this property is that there is no real true shuttle to the parks. The shuttle provided by the hotel does not go to Universal. Also it operates twice a day 8:30 AM to the Disney parks and then 530 back to the hotel. There is no additional shuttles throughout the day. I was very surprised and ended up spending on average US$100 a day on Uber aside from this, the hotel was very clean. The staff was pleasant. Breakfast was a full breakfast. Provided the restaurants within the hotel were very nice. Great option for families or pet owners.
