Really nice property, very nice staff, breakfast was average, pool area very nice, be forewarned that hide a bed mattress very thin and uncomfortable, the property could do better here

Great customer service from Klemine in particular-only complaint is the fold out bed was pretty awful, very uncomfortable, mattress was very thin, you could feel the bars, there is no reason for this there are high quality hide a beds in the marketplace, this just feels like the hotel “cheaped out” here

Pleasantly surprised and impressed!

Our stay was wonderful! We arrived at 10pm and were very tired after a day at Disney. The staff was welcoming and quickly checked us in. When we got to our room, we were pleasantly surprised and impressed. Everything was extremely neat and clean - especially the bathroom. The hotel amenities were top-notch and we loved sitting by the large pool. The breakfast buffet offered many types of food and drink and the staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. We would 100% stay at this hotel again and highly recommend!

Ehhhh average there’s a lot of hidden fees I always stay with Hilton I love them but this is the only hotel that once I checked in I them learned about fees that were a surprise to me when I originally booked it never said anything during checkout but the Mickey waffles were definitely a positive

Loved staying here for my quick trip. Just 15 mins from Disney and a quick Uber away. The hotel said they had a shuttle to the parks but the times were not great so I opted to Uber instead. Would stay here again!
