The room was very large, spacious and clean. The free transportation to Disney was only from 8:35 and pick up at 5:00. The laundry room had several machines broke down. The cost was $3 to wash and $3 to dry. Unfortunately it cost $6 to dry because it didn’t fully dry. Also had to buy liquid detergent, because the powder detergent purchased in the lobby wasn’t rinsing out and on our clothes. The staff was friendly and there were lots of breakfast options at the free buffet. The pool was also very nice.

A great hotel for our Disney trip! There was a target very close by to grab food for the room and having a kitchen in the room was very helpful. The room itself was very clean and modern.

Great price, nice facility, clean and close proximity to theme parks. The only downside is the breakfast, it’s the same menu every day; it’s not suitable for a person with diabetes or lactose intolerance. There’s cheese in the eggs, breakfast sandwiches all with melted cheese, lots of high carb options very little protein. No non-dairy milk options, highly sugared cereal options. Seem to cater mostly to small children on a high sugar diet. The place was very clean, easy parking, safe location, walkable, nice pool. The shuttle to theme parks has 2 time slots and very limited capacity.

This place looks amazing and very clean. Most of the staff are very polite and help you with your queries. Swim pool is a great recreational area for kids and adults. Breakfast is very good but it is super crowded due to timings. If timings can be adjusted another 30 mins then it will help lot of families to grab a bite in the morning

Nice hotel, breakfast ok, shuttle not guaranteed

The hotel is nice and new. The rooms were comfortable and clean and look like the pictures. A few things to consider: breakfast was not great but it was ok. The theme park shuttle is 1st come 1st serve and has 50 seats shared between about 7 hotels. You have to book through the website 24 hours before. I had to set an alarm on my phone to book the shuttle each day because the seats fill up in a matter of minutes. So if the shuttle leaves the next day at 8:35am you better be on the website ready to push submit at exactly 8:35am the day before. Note: you cannot book earlier than 24 hours. Also, the shuttle only goes to Disney. We had to Uber to Universal Studios.

At night after 9 the attention is very deficient just one person for all, no coffee any service for the room , and the breakfast is the same all days , I was for one week and was very boring the breakfast the same each day don’t change any food , in the day all staff is very friendly and efficient and I liked the hotel just I change the breakfast and it need more staff at night for work, I paid the parking and every night was very dificult for found a empty spot , the room was great with all that we needed

Very nice hotel for families . We stayed on the 7th floor and every night we saw fireworks from the room . Only thing I wish they could provide is airport transportation.
