Complimentry beverage as you walk into the hotel especially coffee was always fresh and ready to go great tasting! Also continental breakfast had great variety options. Hotel is located very close to Target and dining options. Multiple elevators. Self serve laundry facility available was a plus for us!

Go-To Place To Stay Near Disney
This hotel is our go-to in the area, especially if I have an assignment at WDW. It's close to the parks, in great shape, and there's a lot to do on the property. You can also see the fireworks from the pool

Advertised free shuttle to Disney parks, however sign up sheet was inconvenient and staff was unknowable about shuttle and sign up situations. When asked this lady staff about where we have to wait for the shuttle as it was our first day, she got very rude and looked and spoke to us as if we're dumb.. very unprofessional. Another staff was nice but he gave us the wrong information about the shuttle confidently instead of being honest and/or finding out. Otherwise hotel is pretty clean, staff clogged toilet after cleaning the room but fixed after we told them, and free breakfast every morning although everyday same breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay. The only things we didn't like were 1 Having to pay for daily parking. 2 The food pantry items were ridiculously overpriced. Really overpriced! Why not provide the guests with reasonable prices for simple food items? Nobody is buying anything because it's a giant ripoff. Target is across the street if you want snacks or drinks. The hotel food pantry is a useless insult to the guests. The breakfast buffet and coffee are good.
