I really thought I would love this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. I really liked the design of the room, it even had a closet that was open so you could see what you hung up. It also had a place to open up your suitcase. I saw the sign that they would only make up the room every other day, but it said you could get towels replaced. So I asked at the front desk and they said they would do this. Came back at the end of the day and they had not been in the room. The next day I asked them to confirm that they would make up my room. Again, came back at the end of the day to find no one had entered.

It was a pleasure staying here- the staff was extremely friendly, the rooms and common areas were very clean, and it’s conveniently located in downtown Orlando (I was in town for the Sweat Tour @ The Kia Center and it was barely a 20 min walk).
