My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the pool. The beds were very comfortable and the TV channel selection was nice. Overall a wonderful experience!

Clean rooms, hot showers, cold A/C, great breakfast. Downfall is that you have to pay to park. When you stay there in order to be close to the hospital, I disagree with having to pay to park

We registered at this hotel because it was close to the children's hospital where our grandson was having a surgery. Due to this fact, we didn't have time to read the rules such as you needed to let them know at the time of registration that you wanted your room cleaned every day. Shouldn't this be the other way around that if you don't want your room cleaned every day you should notify them?

The staff was very friendly, the location is perfect for Orlando Medical…Not overly walkable, you can but it’s a hike to the fun spots downtown. Our toilet plugged twice(not due to us), there was a loud humming the first night out of 4, it did go away after the first night. The last night our smoke alarm beeped all night and the one not helpful lady didn’t help us but the nice man at the front desk took care of us the next day.

Very quick check-in, shuttle service to the Kia center was nice. Also very quiet even when fully booked. Only problem was one of the blankets smelled god awful.

This hotel ruthlessly refused my magnetic stripe card, almost leaving me stranded at night. I hope everyone becomes aware of this. Oh, and even if you have plenty of cash, it won't help because the front desk and their system are inflexible and stuck in the '70s.
