Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.
2) Is there a BBQ grill?
A BBQ grill is not kept at the home. We will provide information where a gas grill can be rented and delivered to the house. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence blocking the pool.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)
5) What type of coffee maker is in the home?
Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.
6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.
7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?

Perfect Disney Stay

Our extended family of adults, teens, toddlers and babes all stayed in this fantastic home. It was a super convenient, clean, quiet and safe location. Check in was easy and the owner was very receptive to emails. We had everything we needed for a great family trip to Disney.

Good location

We stayed for Thanksgiving. It is very convenient if you plan on doing Disney. The house isn’t well stocked so if you plan to cook you may need to bring your own measuring cups, bowls, cookie sheets and dishes to cook in. The bedding is not high quality and it Looks better in pictures than in person. It’s a decent value for families. pictures

Great Stay

The home had plenty of space for everyone. The pool and outside projector were a nice addition. It may not seem like a big thing, but it was also nice to be able to control the thermostat. This home was well kept, clean, and a great overall experience.

Amazing Family Vacation Home

We honestly could have stayed at the house and not visited any parks and still would have had a wonderful trip. Perfectly located to everything you could want or need. The game room was a hit with our children and the adults. The outside pool area is as advertised! I can honestly say I spent most of my free time by the outdoor bar! It’s definitely worth the money spent for what you are getting!

Wonderful Stay

House was great for 10 people (2 families), rooms were nice sized and layout of house was very functional. Pool area was superb. Very close to Disney. Neighborhood felt extremely safe. We loved the game room, and having two wager and dryers was excellent.

Perfect spot for large group!

Three moms and eight teen girls who just finished middle school found this property perfect for their needs! The six bedrooms were perfect for our group. Each mom had her own bedroom. Four girls shared the Mickey room - one on the top bunk, two on the bottom full bunk and one on the twin trundle. Two more girls took the Harry Potter room and the last two girls took a king room. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool because when we returned from the water parks each day it was nasty outside but it looked perfectly inviting minus the clouds. The kitchen could use some additional pans - there are plenty of pots, just one smaller pizza pan. A measuring cup and strainer for pasta would be good too! Plenty of glasses, bowls, utensils and glassware. The game room was fun for the kids - so much to do in there and with the door closed, the moms didn’t have to hear a thing. Daily trash pick up was convenient. Accessing the property was easy through the manned gate. Important - when you come in, put the 2600 N Old Lake Wilson address of the guard house in because the house address may lead you to a back gate that you can’t access. And 192 - the main road off the highway that you take to access the property is terrible, but it’s only about 1.5 miles on that road and it shouldn’t deter you from staying here - just know it takes a few extra minutes in traffics. Overall - we’d stay again for sure.

The home was comfortable for our group of 13. Plenty of towels, beds, and basic essentials. We unfortunately were unable to take full advantage of using the game room and pool due to our busy schedule. I would recommend this home for your next vacation. Close to Walmart

Coach/parent house

Love the location of house. Was able to book coach house close to dancer houses. We held parent/dancer meal at this house. Plenty of space between big front room couch, pool area bar and dining room table. House is short of entertaining pieces like bowls and utensils. My son and dancers loved the game room. Pool table tourney was super fun. VR headsets are fun. Recommend room darkening curtains in rooms that face the big complex in the back and keep outdoor lights on all night. The lights from the complex felt like sleeping during the day. Host is great. Very responsive. Will stay again.

Great stay near Disney

Our group of 8 really enjoyed this house. The amenities made it fun for all ages. Favorites were the pool/hot tub, game room and secret room. Great access to Disney that does not require I4. Valet trash collection was really convenient. Comfortable beds and good water pressure in the showers. Only thing we didn’t love was the door alarm going out to the pool. Wish there was a way to turn it on if you need it but off if you don’t. All our kids are good swimmers. Forgot to push the button so many times and the alarm is incredibly loud. Understand it’s for safety though.

The house is exactly as pictured. The house manager was always available and provided detailed checkin and check out procedures. We would definitely stay here again. It’s worth it, and very close to all stores and restaurants

Mickey Squad

the Mickey Squad consisted of two sisters- their 4 kids and significant others. the kids were all in their mid 20s and as such had a ball with Ms. pac man, pool, hot tub and bar. the property was super convenient to epcot and universal and also allowed access to the club house where we lounged in the pool and rode the water slides. loved everything about our stay!!!

We loved the house but....

Keith Courtney was great! He responded immediately. We never used the jacuzzi because the jets never came on. The movie screen outside was not centered, so we couldnt watch movies. We contacted Keith, he sent someone but the person was no help. He did nothing. Keith contacted the manager regarding the jacuzzi but we never heard back. My parents was disappointed because they had plan to use the jacuzzi. The kid's were because we had planned to watch movies on the big screen and couldn't. We added an add'l day hoping the things not working would be fixed but wasn't. We still loved the house and Keith. Overall the house was clean and a great stay but for the money you pay, the jacuzzi should work and the main attraction - the movie screen should be centered so you can enjoy a movie by the pool.
