Great stay. 3 nights on 5th floor. 2 queen beds, microwave,mini fridge,coffee maker. Clean with no foul odors. "Free" breakfast was good. Not everything offered but more than adequate to get you staryed for the day. Friendly and professional staff. Close to Disney entrance. We drove to the parks about 10-15minutes. Sometimes with traffic 20 mins. Parking was easy (for small fee). Definitely a great option if not staying on Disney property.

Hotel do not provide housekeeping. Breakfast is extremely bad. Lots of noise in the room. Air conditioner do not work well. Not enough shuttle and the few get reserved very fast. Hotel staffs not supportive in reservation.

Perfect location for all attractions. Can’t understand with so much space around the hotel why it was necessary to build a parking deck. You can always find spaces in the upper levels but not as convenient as walking straight to your car.

Great hotel option when visiting the Disney Parks. Staff were very kind and attentive. The breakfast buffet option were good. Definitely will consider it again for further visits.

Clean Hotel with friendly staff

Close drive to Disney parks. Target and restaurants across the street. Staff was very friendly and breakfast had lots of options. The iron was not working called front desk and received a new one within 30 mins.

SAFETY CONCERN Now on my recent stay there was an incident relating to safety. My partner had a slip and fall in the shower BECAUSE the tubs are slippery as you’re showering. They didn’t have no traction mats or a hold bar that could have prevented the fall. I understand some rooms are assessable for you to choose on purchasing a room and have those features in the shower but does that mean the other rooms without assessable features is safe for guests as well?? As I reported it, I was told to get a call back from the managers in the morning as it happen at night. Fast forward to the next day I am waiting for my call. Two hours go by. I go to the front desk to follow up and they said give them some time to reach back to me. So I did. Almost another two hours go by with no follow up so I went back to the desk asking are the managers available yet? At this point I felt like our safety concern was not taken seriously. The manager finally gets out and starts asking me questions related to the incident. In the end the company didn’t admit fault. She asked me if there is anything they can do and I asked well we’re in need of medical attention but is the company going to help wit the costs? She replied to file an injury claim through my insurance. The manager didn’t even make us feel better. It was useless talking to her. I was doing this for behalf of my partner as she was injured and a has a hard time walking. This was a bad experience for us to go through. Please stay safe.
