The house was clean and as presented in pictures. Everything worked as expected. Water pressure was good. Bonus that the washer/dryer was upstairs. The house is on a cul-de-sac so the lanai has no one immediately on the back side. Host was communicative and the check-in/check-out process was easy. Only negative is that it is a small community with limited parking, so several neighboring cars were parked in the middle of the street in the cul-de-sac making getting in and out of the property challenging. Note to the host - kitchen was stocked ok but needs a spatula and a corkscrew.

Overall my family and I thouroghly enjoyed this home for our cmvacation. The pool and hot tub were big hits. The owner is very responsive to messages and even phone calls when needed. The only thing that was wrong was that this place only has one king bed instead of the two that the website says. However, everything else was great!
