The hotel was older than it looked online. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Room cards were an issue the entire time for us. Engineering had to be called once to fix the lock. Other times it was hit or miss, but always got back into the room. Windows were very dirty on the outside. Parking is outrageous. $30 per night for valet or self parking. Parking should be included in the overall hotel price. Not sure I would stay again.

Hotel shuttle driver dropped me off a mile short of my next shuttle pick up. Shuttle driver should be trained in the proper locations and then potential harm of leaving a a couple of women in a strange area.

My only issue was the temperature control. The HVAC had to be switched to heat or cold. They were very helpful and accommodating. It would be great to control the temperature nights got cold and the days were warmer. There wasn't temperature flexibility. Without getting maintenance involved.

The refrigerator was iced over and when asking the staff to address they did, however didn’t place my food back in the replaced fridge so food was spoiled upon arrival back to hotel. Additionally, the electric faceplate for ac unit was completely unsecured and the property should address to prevent kids or adults from touching live electrical. The toilet in the restroom hadn’t worked properly and that was addressed as well. Other than those comments, no issues.
