Clogged tub and no AC

The AC in our first room didn’t work and we had to deal with it all night! The tub in the first room was clogged! I requested a shower and I didn’t receive it.

Everything was fine but the drain

"The stay began well, but two issues arose during my time: the first with the shower drain and the second with the AC. Maintenance was sent to address the drain, and while there, they also looked into the AC. Unfortunately, the drain problem wasn't resolved, and I was promised a follow-up call that never came."

First room smelled like mold. Switched rooms but 2nd room had ant infestation. Tube had black scrape marks in it. Air conditioner felt like dirty wet air that made us sick. For the money the rooms they give to Expedia are the old rooms overlooking parking lot. Missed first night due to international outages and our flights were cancelled. Never checked in yet they said we still have to charge you for the room. 👎

Cosmetically it looks nice, but our room, the shower area is dated. 5ft shower head, chipping paint on the ceiling. Balcony area needs to have more sound proofing. (thicker glass or something) Otherwise it was nice and enjoyable to stay at

Front desk staff aren’t the most pleasant. The bar and kitchen staff are great. Food was fine. Happy hour is a nice touch but food items aren’t included. Overall, it was an okay experience.
