First off, Patricia, the owner, was phenomenal. From the beginning, she was in contact with us, and responded very quickly to my messages.
Overall, we only stayed here for 2 nights, but enjoyed everything about it. It was my wife and I, along with our three kiddos (ages 7, 5 & 2). Our second day we went to Magic Kingdom, which was only about 25 minutes away, so it was super convenient staying here. The condo is large, with 4 bedrooms (including 2 masters). We didn't spend a ton of time in the condo, but I will say (and not to nit-pick), it could definitely use some updating. The beds were comfy and it was very clean, which is really all that mattered to us. Also, the AC was nice and cold!
My only real knock on the place was that we had to pay ~$22/day in resort fees when we checked in, which was a surprise. I could have missed this somewhere in the listing, but I don't recall reading it anywhere. It's not a huge deal, but kind of felt a little ridiculous. We never even used the pool (or anything outside of the condo). We've stayed in/around this area 3 times in 4 years and have never had to pay any daily resort fees anywhere. Just be prepared or maybe ask ahead of time.
Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Would I recommend to friends/family? Sure would. The condo was reasonably priced for the space that you get. Thanks Patricia!
