Very disappointed in the staff. We had to leave because of a hurricane and they wanted us to price Robbed us because they could do that, they said people are coming here cuz a hurricane and we can do that! We allowed too

Room was clean , however my $50.00 deposit which was to be a hold on my credit card instead they actually processed a charge and then refunded it after I checked out, I lost money in the exchange rate. Another hotel only put a hold so I did not lose money. Arrived at 10pm, water with lemon was empty of water and no avaliablity to get a hot coffee or hot chocolate.

My initial room had a musty smell. Upon wiping down and checking out different areas of the room I was noted one side of the bed smelt of urine. I immediately informed the front desk and was given a replacement room which was average. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel ever again. I recommend you spend the extra money and stay at a better hotel. On a brighter note receptionist Loolia I believe her name is was great.

A chaotic VK turned better because of a smile!

Our VK started extremely rough once we landed in Orlando! We had a very difficult pick up for our rental care clearly nothing to do with the hotel! I walked into this hotel very upset, crying and crying extremely overwhelmed by everything. What could go wrong just went wrong! The lady at the hotel front desk at comfort inn was super friendly very nice and helped us out with everything. She didn’t see a mom with her boys crying she saw a human who was having a hard time with things at that moment! She handed me a bottle of water told me to take a deep breath and remember that moment was now a start to a fun adventure you don’t get again. Smiled checked us in. I paid for the bottle of water because it’s what I do as a responsible adult. She made us feel welcomed and at home. The rooms were very well clean and did not smell of smoke or marijuana as I figured they would based on past experience with comfort inn at at locations! I am very pleased by it all including with the breakfast too. It was hot and items were well served and properly handled. I will absolutely stay at this hotel again if it’s needed! You won’t be disappointed!

I had ants in my room , we dripped a little syrup on the table from breakfast came back to 20 ants on it . THERE WAS 3 IN MY BED AND SOME IN THE BATHROOM. I TOOK OUT MY TRASH EVERY TIME WE ATE . I DIDNT WANT TO TAKE ANY CHANGES WITH ANY OTHER BUGS AS WELL. SO IF U BOOK HERE DONT EAT IN THE ROOM OR BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL WITH YOUR FOOD . BED WERE BIG AND COMFY THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD . BUT I WOULDNOT BE RETURNING BECAUSE OF THE BUGS.

Check in ladies were great, friendly and helpful. Suggest airport shuttle every 30 min early in day so we didn't have to then wait 2 hours at airport. A 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30 option would be helpful. Room was very cold and humid, towels and sheets felt damp. Toiletries and towels were sparse. Like the mini frig and microwave. Lousy coffee pods
