Pool not clean. Signed me up for timeshare meeting I didn't want to attend. Water park closed for maintenance. We were able to use a different water park but we didn't care for that one as much. Property needs updating. Stayed here last year and had a great experience.

We returned a second time as a terrific family weekend away. We had 2 young granddaughters with us who enjoyed the small kids pool-splash pad area. What gives us anxiety is the sales push to take tours of property (and one close by) to sign up for the Resort Program. Sure theres great incentives. But we live 2 hours away and our travel is usually cruises, upstate NY to visit family and mission work (we are a nonprofit). Resort stays for us are usually 2 or 3 nights only.

I honestly think people who rate this property so low is miserable. What an amazing vacation. This resort is everything. I look forward to coming back next summer with my family. The staff is so friendly. The water park was so much fun. The Club House has amazing food! The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we need! Thank you Club Wyndham/ Worldmark for making this vacation incredible.

The pros are that we liked that the villa we stayed in was big and comfortable. The amenities around the resort were great and we had a wonderful time. The negatives are that one of the bathrooms had a bunch of hair on the shower wall. The ice maker made a loud noise that sounded like a lawnmower. We called maintenance and he made it less noisy. Some of the ceiling fans were loud and rattling so we couldnt use them when sleeping.

Would definitely return! Rooms were a great size! Wasn’t able to make it to the water park but the playground area that’s like a pool/water park with two slides looks like it had seen better days. Over all though this place has a great lodging experience although no grilling is permitted on property it is close enough to any major theme parks you want to go to in an affordable way!
