Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.

A BBQ grill is kept at the home and is available for rent for $95 plus tax. Charcoal grills are not allowed.

Our recent stay at this VRBO property was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The property itself was even better than the photos—clean, beautifully decorated. The location was ideal, close to Wdw properties yet peaceful and private. We especially loved the pool with pond in backyard. We enjoyed the movie theater and watched a movie on our off night. Everything was well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be booking again in the future. Highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and memorable stay!

Great family vacation spot

We had a wonderful family vacation. The house was big and beautiful and generally clean. The pool and hottub were a real hit, as was the movie theater. The house was very close to Disney and all related attractions. A great place for children and adults alike.

Senior Celebration Week

We had an amazing time celebrating my son's graduation gorm high school. The neighborhood and house were very nice and clean. We were less than 20 min to the parks and shops. Everyone had a wonderful time and many memories were madr.

Very secure and convenient property to Disney World. Everything was in clean and working order. Lots of bed space to accommodate many people's needs. Guard at gate was very helpful.

5 Star property, 4 Star support

House is just as pictured and fit 14 people very nicely. Location is near to theme parks and airport (beware of heavy traffic!) Check in was smooth; place was immaculate. Owner communicated quickly via VRBO and is very responsive. Pool and spa were much enjoyed. Maintenance responded within a day for a few minor issues.Downside is the lack of household products. 13 bath towels for 14 people. Half the number of pool towels needed (maintenance did bring more after a day). Our other 5Star experiences have found most common items provided for our stay. This VRBO offered minimal toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, only 2 days(!) of dishwasher soap. No shower soap, shampoo, conditioner dispensers in showers as we have found elsewhere. So we purchased enough for the 14 of us, but had to leave quite a bit behind. We would happily stay here again if we were returning to the area.

Fantastic place!

We stayed at this VRBO for a few days and I wish that we had booked it for longer. The house is wonderful, the owners are very responsive, and the resort that it's attached to is so much fun. When we book our Florida trips we will stay here for sure!

Family Special trip

Our family enjoyed our Thanksgiving week at the house. We celebrated birthdays and our grandkids first trip to Disney. We paid the extra fee for the heated pool and bbq and thoroughly enjoyed both. The theater room was enjoyable and our grandkids especially enjoyed the community pool water slides. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us. We definitely would stay here again when coming to Orlando.

The house was amazing. It had plenty of room for our group of 9 and it was nice to have so many bathrooms. The backyard was nice to sit out and relax and everyone loved the pool and spa. The location of the house was perfect so close to everything and the parks. Would highly Recommend staying here will definitely book again.

Family Trip

I booked this trip for my son’s 17th birthday. The night before our trip, the property manager contacted me stating the AC was broken at the house and we would have to switch to a different house or accept a full refund. We switched to a home at Hogwarts Inn at Windsor Westside. The house was absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations. It was Harry Potter themed throughout the entire house, spacious theater room, fun game room, and nice private pool area. The house was very clean and accommodated my family of 12. The resort also had a nice big pool that served food and drinks. We enjoyed the amenities of the house as well as the resort. We will definitely booked this house again!

Great amenities

We had a toddler who loves all things Marvel, so this home was perfect for our stay! Great movie theater room with Avengers theme and a life size Iron Man. We enjoyed the private pool in the backyard everyday in the hot Florida weather, and the community pool with slides and fun activities for the kids. Great location close to Walmart, Universal, and Disney. The hosts were very responsive and pleasant throughout our stay with any questions. Would recommend and look forward to coming back again!

Not maintained and dirty.

Check in and location were good. Had to notify property owner that the house was dirty including floors and a cockroach in the kids bed. I was notified that it was cleaned, but they left the cockroach and the dirty sheets. They left the carpet nasty. I asked them to clean the red couch upstairs, they never did. The coach has white stains all over it. Master bedroom shower has no pressure, I asked for it to be fixed and nothing was done. The front door lock (inside) is broken, another item that wasn't fixed. One of the worst places I've stayed at.

At first Glance this is a Beautiful Property!!!!!

Upon first glance I thought this house was Beautiful. When we arrived, there were several concerns with the home. I reached out via Vrbo and was told to reach out to the property manager, as instructed, I immediately reached out to the property manager's office and left a voicemail, to date I have never spoken with anyone via phone. Throughout our stay only one of the issues was fully resolved and the property manager never reached out directly to explore all my concerns. Please note the home has several rules that must be tediously followed. We paid extra for access to the propene grill, but when we arrived the propene was empty and my husband and I had to pay an additional cost to get it filled. There was a back and forth via Vrbo on weather or not it was filled and in the end my husband just filled it because we had already prepared all our food before he realized it was empty. The refrigerator handle was broken upon our arrival and the refrigerator never got slightly over room temperature throughout our stay. We had icy in the freezer, and they never froze. The bathroom plumbing on the 2 floor was slow, the water in the upstairs back shower was slow to go down the drain. Two the chairs in the movie room didn’t function properly. Furthermore, and my most pressing issue was the sight of roaches and ants in various areas of the home, an exterminator is needed. Overall, we made the best out of the home and once exterminated it could have still been an amazing experience.
