The staff were very accommodating! They allowed for an early check in which was greatly appreciated after travel 20+ hours with 2 young kids. Unfortunately, I got food poisoning (NOT from anything I bought from the hotel.) The staff was courteous enough to drop off my DoorDash order at the door. We arrived in the morning and saw one or two “sketchy” characters, but no one was loitering near the door. Comfy beds, and nice hot showers. Great place to stay between flights. I’d recommend!

Hotel was wonderful! Great staff, clean rooms. The walk from Jamaica train station was frightening! Did not feel safe! Such a shame because the LIRR and Air train makes it a great location for commuting into Grand Central or Penn Station.

We checked out the very next day because the area that the hotel was in did not make us feel safe. We attempted to get our money back, however the hotel would not respond to phone calls. We will never use hotels.com again, nor will we ever stay at a Holiday Inn Express.
