The water pressure was very low, the water wasn’t hot enough. Showering wasn’t ideal at all. And we didn’t get bottled water as listed. So could not make coffee or tea.

My room was cold temp was 30 degrees outside n inside never went above 72. I complained someone said they was coming two hours later called again a this time someone came and did nothing that changed the temp. I asked for another room and they said morning which was when I leave. Can I get a complaintary room for tonight as my last night stay was horrible.

My husband and I were very pleased with the spanking clean, nicely updated rooms and the helpful staff! Breakfast was more than we expected food-wise and tasted great. After having our flight canceled it was such a blessing!
