The location is great as it is within walking distance to the train station, restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The traffic noises and sirens from the street can disrupt your sleep. Other than that the hotel was great. I would definitely stay again.

Housekeeping knocked once and directly after the opened the door on me even though I had the do not disturb sign on for two days. I called front desk several times to complain no one answered but when I went downstairs to check out three workers were behind the desk. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

The staff were very accommodating! They allowed for an early check in which was greatly appreciated after travel 20+ hours with 2 young kids. Unfortunately, I got food poisoning (NOT from anything I bought from the hotel.) The staff was courteous enough to drop off my DoorDash order at the door. We arrived in the morning and saw one or two “sketchy” characters, but no one was loitering near the door. Comfy beds, and nice hot showers. Great place to stay between flights. I’d recommend!
