Confirmed reservation shown to staff and they couldn't find it. No matter, hotel not even half full but had us stand in the lobby for over an hour while they figured out their mistakes.

Service at the Inn at Pelican Bay was incredible. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing - omelettes, yogurt, berries, oatmeal, OJ, coffee, donuts and muffins! 10/10. Will certainly head back for the service, value, and location!

Beautiful property with excellent customer service. The bellman Krenar couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful plus set the tone for the stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will certainly stay here again.
