The perfect beach cottage! This classic Olde Naples home has been completely renovated to offer comfort and coastal style in an ideal location. 1st Avenue north is a majestic tree lined street and this home is just three houses in from the beach access path at the end. Walk out your front door to catch nightly sunsets or enjoy early morning beach walks to welcome another beautiful day in paradise. Inside the house, you will find three beautifully appointed bedrooms arranged in a split floor plan. At the center of the home is the kitchen with stainless appliances, sparkling quartz countertops and a breakfast bar overlooking the living room. A large dining room offers plenty of space for entertaining and the screened lanai has another outdoor dining table, perfect for enjoying those balmy gulf breezes over coffee or dinner!

BEDROOM DETAILS: Primary Suite - King size bed, en suite bath with shower, dual sink vanities Guest Bedroom 1 - Queen size bed, sliding glass doors out to the lanai, shared bath with guest bedroom off hallway Guest Bedroom 2 - Two twin size beds, shared bath with guest bedroom 1

PETS: Dogs allowed with approval only. Please disclose the breed, age and weight of your dog in your inquiry so that we may consider approval. A pet fee of $100 plus pet rent of $25/day will apply.

BOOKING DETAILS: Even month bookings (1st of month to last day of month) may be required during peak winter season December-April. We will not be able to confirm any bookings with a check-in or check-out date of 12/25 due to the Christmas holiday.

What's not to love?
Perfectly situated literally steps away from the stunning gulf, I walked with my dogs every evening to see the sunsets and could easily zip to town a minute a way. Quiet unassuming home with all the bells and whistles for your getaway. Beds were comfy and all the furnishings were attractive. Surrounded by multimillion dollar ones but everyone is very welcoming and for the most part private. The yard needs work and the landscaper did a good job of keeping up as best as he could. Thank you for a memorable visit.
