"Beautifully furnished and perfectly located" describes this lovely 1BR Pilot House condo located at The Village of Baytowne Wharf! With a king bedroom, a pullout sofa, and two full bathrooms, this property will comfortably accommodate up to four guests.

Our family room is comfortable and cozy, and features a pullout sofa, an HDTV and complimentary WIFI. For a quiet place to relax, step outside onto the back patio with outdoor seating and enjoy a tropical resort view. The fully stocked kitchen provides all the dinnerware, cookware and gadgets you will need to prepare a meal for guests. Our master bedroom features a king pillowtop bed and an HDTV. With two full bathrooms, this condo is perfect for two couples or a small family. Fresh linens are provided, but please bring beach towels.

Tram service is included, so head on over to the beach and spend an afternoon in the sun, it's only a 10-12 minute ride from the front door. You will enjoy the remarkable tropical swimming pool complex located a few steps away! There is a sparkling blue lagoon style swimming pool, hot tub, cold tub and grilling area. A full exercise room is available to our guests at no charge.

The Baytowne Wharf is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a kids playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at the Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summer time. Our newly furnished condo at Pilot House on Baytowne Wharf Boulevard is truly the perfect choice for your vacation!

Cozy condo close to everything

Great property that is close to many amenities in Baytowne Wharf. One kitchen light was out, Keurig didn’t work (coffee shop conveniently located in shops outside of property), mold on master bathroom shower curtain, dryer took forever to dry clothes, and couch and rug could use a clean. The property was clean overall and we had easy access to the pool and many great restaurants. Beach access is only a few minutes away. If a few things were cleaned up/fixed, this would be a 5 star property.

Convenient location

Location was excellent, convenient to pool & workout facility, easy rental access (bikes, paddle boards, etc.), restaurants, shuttle to beach, and more. I would recommend that they clean or pressure wash the patio.

Cute Condo

This condo was adorable, and we really enjoyed the area. There are lots of shops, restaurants, and entertainment in Baytown Wharf. The property manager was always available to answer questions promptly. I highly recommend!

NEAT PLACE

Place was neat small things were off one elevator was down making it to where stairs were best option which got old. Mold on master shower curtain. parking at night sucked because of events garage was full so if you came back after 7 you had to park another complex away. other then those things everything was great loved the pool hot tub was nice cold tub was nice landscape was beautiful. would recomend
