Beautiful home on the 18th hole of the award winning Raven Golf Course just steps from the subdivision pool, hot tub, and updated fitness room! 2 New 6 seater golf carts. New carpet and golf cart parking pad. You can now park 2 cars in the driveway! If you have never been to Sandestin, having a golf cart to get around plays a significant role in your vacation experience! Walk on the Ocean, is a Beautiful Beach themed cottage style 3 bedroom 3 full bath house in the sought after Laurel Grove neighborhood in Sandestin Resort. With a picturesque view of the 18th hole of the Raven golf course and sitting on a small lake just outside our backdoor perfect for fishing. Our home is in a quiet cul-de-sac and is just a short golf cart ride to the Beach along with the shops, dinning, and entertainment at the Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard.

You can get a first hand tour of this Beautiful resort with over 2,000 acres that our family fell in love with by enjoying a ride with your family on one of our 5 beach cruiser bikes along the sidewalks that are throughout the resort, and leading to the Beach. If you are in the mood there is an on-site miniature golf course and two other community pools along with our subdivision pool and hottub! When you decide to head to the beach we provide you with 6 Beach chairs, a cooler, and an assortment of beach toys you can pack onto the golf carts and enjoy your day at the ocean. Sandestin has a private tunnel for golf carts, bikes, and pedestrians that goes under Hwy 98 (4 lane hwy on way to beach) so you never have to worry about crossing any major roads on your way to the beach.

Our Beautifully decorated Beach themed cottage is waiting for you and your family to arrive and enjoy your time together. A fully stocked kitchen provides everything you'll need to eat at home and the outside grill allows for some Great bar-b-que! The family room offers a new sleeper sofa and 2 chairs broke in just right to relax and enjoy the tube or family time. The 1st floor master bedroom and bath offers a king-sized bed and TV and the bathroom offers a shower and oversized tub. The master also offers the picturesque view of the lake and 18th of the Raven and has a door leading to the back porch to enjoy this view first hand. The 2nd bedroom on the 1st floor offers a 2nd king-sized bed and TV and utilizes the 1st floor hallway bathroom and shower. The 2nd floor loft and bathroom offers 2 full beds, twin bunkbeds with a trundle along with a TV and a bathtub/shower combo.

**Parking allows for 2 cars on the driveway. There are 2 small overflow parking lots a short walk by the pool/clubhouse in our subdivision as well on a first come first serve basis.

Great location and house

The house was in great shape, clean, and had all you needed in the kitchen if you wanted to cook. The two golf carts come in handy when someone in your party wants to shop while the other is beach bound.

Great Place to Stay!

Chris and Angie have a great place to stay in the Sandestin Resort area. We have rented multiple houses over the years in the community and their place is our favorite. Everything is as described in the listing. The little things make a big difference which we appreciate, the golf cart safety checks before we arrived were a major plus, and the carts are great! If you have ever rented a place in San Destin with dead/weak golf cart batteries, you know what I mean. We were very happy with the rental and would book again without question.

This beach house was just as the listing said! The owner was so great to work with, very personable! It was the perfect house for our family of 9. It was my husband and I, and our two daughter’s and their families. We had three children, ages - 6,3, and 11 months old. Everyone had their own bedroom, plus each had a bathroom as well. Beautifully decorated, clean, and beds were comfy! Many extras like beach toys, games, bikes, and the golf carts were a huge plus and the kids loved them! The house is situated so close to the community pool, and just a short golf cart ride to Baytowne. The beach access is a short golf cart ride too. The back yard is very peaceful with pond in the backyard. Also, you can see the golf course in the back yard too. We done several things outside of resort, but you honestly don’t even have to leave the resort, everything is there and/or a golf cart ride away! When we come back to Sandestin we will definitely try to snatch this gem up again!

An absolute must-stay!!

I’d give more than 5 stars if I could! Sandestin is such a fun community where just about everything is accessible by golf cart. Baytowne Wharf, the beach, a pool just yards from the house, restaurants, and more. We have kids ranging from elementary to high school, and there was something for everyone—which is huge! This home has everything we needed—bikes, two golf carts, beach chairs/equipment, and more. The layout is open, with plenty of room for our family of 7 (and could easily accommodate more comfortably). Kitchen is fully stocked, and they have the best welcome/guidebook we’ve had in a rental. The communication with Chris was top notch, with very quick response. The location is perfect—minutes from the beach, wharf, grocery store, and restaurants by golf cart. Streets and sidewalks are bike-friendly, and we explored the whole area. Darling house, quiet neighborhood, and a patio that overlooks a lake—perfect for a BBQ in the evening or breakfast in the morning. My kids are already asking when we can go back!

Laurel Grove Perfection

We are frequent visitors to the Sandestin resort, and I would put this property as one of my all around favorites. Having 2 top quality 6-seater golf carts made our resort access so easy. We were able to cart to the grocery store, golf, Baytowne events, dinner, movies, and the Grand Boulevard farmer’s market. The house has almost every amenity you could think of., from chairs to fishing gear to bicycles. We were very comfortable as a family of 6 adults. We loved the back yard view for watching squirrels, turtles, and golfers. You wouldn’t think there would be any balls in the yard based on the house location, but there were! I would say the only issue was with trying to park multiple vehicles since the overflow spaces are simply not enough to accommodate the entire Laurel Grove community during a busy time. It isn’t anything against this home though, and anyone visiting needs to have a parking plan in case those spaces are full. We appreciated the communication with the owner. It feels like a property where they take pride and care about the guest experience. We hope to return again someday!

Perfect stay in Laurel Grove. Cleanest rental we have stayed in. Excellent communication from owner. Rental is thoughtfully stocked with everything one can need for a week at the beach. The 2 golf.carts are like new and are a great way to get around sandestin.

Great getaway

We’ve been coming to Sandestin for over 20 years now but have never rented a place as our family owns on the resort. We didn’t have access to our regular house this time so we took our chances and hit the jackpot! This house is the cutest! Perfect for our family of 6-very spacious with 3 full bathrooms, full kitchen & nice size living area. We grilled every night, ride bikes and loved that they had 2 golf carts! The place was decorated nicely and had a great beach theme in every room! We will definitely be staying here again if we need to rent again. Chris was amazing and was always very responsive to my questions. He got back to me within minutes every time! The neighborhood is very quiet & the house sits in a small cul de sac & is within walking distance to the pool & fitness center. Which we used daily. We couldn’t have been happier. Great place for our week stay at the beach!

Wonderful place for our family vacation

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is beautifully decorated in a modern beach theme and the beds were so comfortable! This area of Sandestin is so peaceful and well kept. We were very impressed. The place is gorgeous, but the highlight of this rental is the 2, 6 person golf carts that are included. We only moved our vehicle twice. Once for souvenir shopping and a McDonalds trip for the kids. We took the golf carts everywhere. Chris was wonderful to work with. He worked with us on an early check-in which gave us extra time to enjoy our vacation. We will be back!

Perfect Family Vactaion !!

This home was wonderful , had everything we could need for our stay ! The location to the pool was great for the kids who always wanted swim . The golf cart ride to beach was fun and the Wharf is where we ate most of our dinners and the entertainment for the kids down there in the evening is great ! And Moo La La for ice cream every single evening ! Truly just a great home and beautiful resort !

Perfect Sandestin Home

We stayed here May 22-27, 2022. The house was awesome. The homeowners were very generous in providing everything you need for a perfect home away from home! The welcome manual was very helpful and gave great descriptions for local navigations. The golf carts provided were a huge addition and much appreciated. Will definitely rent this unit again on the next trip. It did not dissapoint by any means.

A great getaway

I attended for a continuing education conference. The golf carts were helpful in getting back and forth to the conference center. The upstairs bunk area made it so much fun for the kids to hang out together. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect for a family!

Our second time staying in Sandestin. The location is great and very close to the local pool (there is not really a bad location in Sandestin though). The house came with a bunch of great stuff for the pool and beach... chairs, toys, boogie boards, collapsible wagon, etc. The 2 new golf carts are great and part of the whole experience. The house is great and clean. Plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out and room for more if needed. Great communication with the owners-- not a management company. Easy 5 stars!
