Dirty and not cleaned well
Rooms floor was dirty, sinks drain was almost plugged so water didn’t drain well. Also the bathrooms door was broken so it wouldn’t stay shut on its own, I expected much better for a hotel talked about so highly but didn’t have a very good experience

Not a 4 star hotel.
It started off with the kiosk not working and we had to have the front desk help. They seemed inconvenienced to help us. Then came the hidden fees of $115.00. The rooms are small for a 4 star hotel. There was no hand towels to wash up with. No room service. Everything here has a 20% service charge added to your bill and they dont tell you that, be aware of your surroundings because there is homless everywhere by the hotel. This hotel is barley a 3 star. Good location, no parking for hotel guest, there is a garage across the street for a flat $20.00 fee.

Room was disgusting!!!
The sheets were dirty, there was drug paraphernalia under the blanket, sheets had ripped, there was something that appeared to be coughed up junk on the glass in the shower, took pictures and reported to the front desk, the room was cleaned and the taxes where taken off my bill.

Not bad but not great
Valet parking $57 buy across the street is $20 a day parking garage, so if you are staying a day or two easier to park in the garage. The hotel itself was easy to check in with self service kiosk. I like the fact you have to use your cars to go to the floor you want, as there are no buttons. The room was nice and comfy. The automatic lights turning on is nice except st 4am when you move around and the bathroom light turns on. The bar and staff were amazing. The food we had was very good and filling. The pool on the 11th floor was a bit small but warm and nice. The hot tub fits about 6 people. There were a lot of people in and around the pool acting crazy and carrying on each time we went. It was out of control for the most part and no one to control it. If you like partying and stuff then it’s good for that. If you want to just relax and chill then not so much. The gym was pretty big and with plenty of equipment.
