Very convenient location to the public transportation. Daytime staff was extremely helpful. Nighttime staff not as much. Rooms are minimalistic. Hall carpets & lobby chairs need cleaning to remove stains. Need to be diligent about replacing worn out items, then the place would be very good instead of just average. Overall pleasant stay, but I would chose a different option next trip since there are nicer options at this price point.

Excellent customer service!! Very friendly and helpful staff. My family enjoy being at this establishment!! Food at the restaurant inside the Lobby was delicious. Highly recommended establishment: I had no issues. This hotel is equipped with new technology: my kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the hot tub.. highly recommend Dino at the restaurant he is an amazing server ❤️❤️❤️.

Our breakfast order took over a half hour. We finally had to ask our server where our breakfast was. Someone went in search and brought back an almost cold breakfast. Eggs, toast, etc were barely lukewarm. While the rooms were clean, there was no comfortable seating other than the bed. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

I stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was not very pleasant. The customer service was poor, and the breakfast included in our rate was quite disappointing. Additionally, the lack of privacy in the bathroom was a significant issue. I stayed in a twin room with my brother, and the placement of the shower offered no privacy whatsoever. It was so exposed that I had to shower with the lights off. On a positive note, the housekeeping team did a good job and kept our room clean throughout our stay.

Party city

Noisy women neighbours kept us awake during the evening. Called security at 2:10am when we couldn’t stand the yelling, screaming and laughing through the walls. They came and the noise settled down. Other than that, the hotel is nice and hip. Alright for one night stay before our cruise. Pretty expensive too.

There was no front desk to checkin, but instead there was a computer type system that felt very cold and unwelcoming. I had no idea what to do. However a man told me to checkin at the system. I would not stay again
