We got there a little early because of our morning flight. I went to the front desk and they told me to come back at 3:00. When I came back at 3:00 they were very rude and said check in was at 4:00. When I came back at 4:00 room still not ready. Got to room around 4:30. When we got to room for 4 people we had we only had 2 towels and 2 wash rags. They charged us extra for 4 people. The beds were so worn that the center of bed was 6-8 lower than the side. Then to top it off the elevator stopped working and we were on 15th floor. The location was great. Lots to do in the area but I will never stay there again

Please do yourself a favor and do not stay here! It is unsafe. The building has a lot of visible tear and wear. There was what looked like mold on the rug. The elevators did not work the two days that we stayed there. Staff did not even bother helping when elevators were not working.

Awful hotel
Our room was terrible. There was a resort fee charge for coffee and fitness but our room had no coffee machine, the fitness centre was a joke , our room view was into a wall and the a/c system was noisy and poor. This hotel is simply “a dump”. Avoid it.

If you are not taller than 6’0 you are not seeing out the window. For the room I had. The elevator worked sometimes and takes a long time. It was faster to take the stairs down from the 9th rather than to continue to wait.

This is the second time I am in this property, the issue are the elevators. They are always busy and crowded. Both times we had to go down the stairs by foot carrying luggage bc the elevator never came.

There was no signal so did not have tv access through the whole stay. No available toiletries such as tissues, cups, etc. in the bathroom. Carpet and chair had big stains. The shower has no curtain or any type of blockage to prevent water going on the bathroom floor. Could not have a comfortable shower because of this. The floor became extremely slippery and easy to slip and fall.

Only 1 elevator working. Whole place looks old and dingy. No hand towels or wash clothes in room. Requested multiple times and still didn’t receive them hours later. Walls are paper thin, we can hear everything in the hallway.

No one could check in until 4 so at 4 the lobby was packed. There is 2 elevators that run very very very slow. The rooms are old and bathrooms are beyond tiny. They literally send a text stating between 10 am and 11 the elevators could take up to 40 min. Not a bad location for overnight cruise the next day. I would still go some where else

The elevators was unpredictable, and would take us to random floors the water pressure wasn’t great. We asked for an item to be delivered to our room and it never got delivered. The staff were nice and friendly.
