YVE is a old hotel that need to be updated. On YVE website shows pictures of medium to large size rooms with water views but the actual room was very small 11' x 12' to be exact. Bathroom very small felt like a closet maybe 3' x 5'. On our vist 9/21/24 on a hot day, the air conditioner was broken. We arrived at 5:30pm and the air conditioner was fixed around 8:00pm. Each room has its own air conditioner in a bulk head with is one quarter of the room. When the air conditioner cycles off and on, its loud and when you are trying to sleep, it will awakens you. Not what we expected when reading reviews and looking at pictures. Only good thing about YVE its close to Miami Cruise Ports.

The hotel is conveniently located right near the piers for cruises, but still in a nice area with plenty of shopping and eating options, all within walking distance.

I loved the location!! Inside was pretty quite....But housekeeping needs help, the hallways were so bad i didn't put my shoes back in my luggage, and only 1 out of 3 of the front desk agents actually acknowledged us anytime we approached the desk..but for just an overnight, to be close to port for cruise it did its job!

I paid for early check in just to be put in a room that was never cleaned. Staff gave me an attitude about changing rooms & getting it cleaned. There was some type of water damage where the ceilings were cut open and plastic over it along with the entire place smelling of mildew. Terrible stay.

The hotel was right on the road, did not see any parking, it was across from the Bayside Marketplace which was a plus ... The place was clean but definitely and older renovation, the room was small and just barely had room around the king bed and the bathroom was so small you was just about kissing the sink from the toilet, for the area I guess that is what to be expected for the price, there are only 2 elevators and they are very slow and a lot of the areas around the elevator doors while you are waiting are not cleaned very well ... They do have a Bar/Grill the food is good and the service is very good they are very attentive and make very good drinks by the way, all in all it was a good stay, it is definitely average for the property and above average for the service personnel so staying there if you are on a budget is probably 5the best way to go if you want to go with a hotel in the area

Bahama Adventure.

The hotel was in a convenient location. Near park, shops, restaurants, and near port. The hotel has shuttle to port for a fee. The front desk service was pleasant and they provided a complimentary drink for free at bar. The hotel needs some renovation and common areas like hallway needs to be cleaned regularly. I purchased a bay view room, but the room was so low that the view was the street and front of park across street and not the bay unlike what they advertisted on site. I thought the check in time was a bit late 4pm versus the 3pm normal elsewhere, but they held our bags for us while we adventured in the area. All in all the hotel was ok for the price.

Elevators were small and obly 2 trying to get up and down during peak hours was difficult. Rugs on the floors were dirty ice machines broken. Rooms were clean, but bathrooms super small. Could soak your feet in the tub while sitting on the toilet.

The rooms are extremely small and outdated. There was no comforter on the bed just 2 sheets with a blanket that felt as if it was made of cardboard in between. The door didn't shut properly and the hallway light showed thru into the room. The hotel in situated in a convent location near many popular attractions but the homeless are everywhere, made the area feel unsafe at night. The hotel doesn't have many amenities nor is it in anyway lux but if you need a cheap room in a prime location it works.

The entire building smells of mildew. I had to cancel my second stay with them because I couldn’t deal with it anymore. Employees were nice but overall I wouldn’t book there anymore
