GUYS PLZ DO NOT GO HERE. Today is my first day coming from Tampa, to enjoy my Orlando Universal trip for 4 days, While booking online it said breakfast to be 6:30-9:00am When checking in the lady was very very rude and told me NO , only 7. They provide shuttles that you take at 7 am so it is impossible for a person to take a shuttle and have breakfast at 7am Very rude customer service. Charged an extra 100$ fee which was NOT specified in the app as well. This place is Terrible. Only the first day and i had a terrible experience. No microwave or robes like said on descriptions and picture! Room service? Forget it we stayed 4 days and received it only once!

The rooms were absolutely disgusting, I had to switch rooms because my original room was not clean and had stains on the toilet , bathroom floor around the sink. Then I was shown 2 more rooms which were still dirty. The one I settled on had a dead smoke detector battery in that I asked if they had a battery to replace it. Towels weren’t clean . Just felt gross the entire time

I did not feel safe at all . Was noisy and the gay couple in the room next door kept fighting and screaming and yelling all night . Playing music so laud was just a nightmare
