This hotel is under construction and we were not told. The room was clean and the house keeping service was good. The front deck staff was absence last night when I arrive and the room key was not working and no was around to assist for 45min. The breakfast has changed to a down grade from the last 2 times that I stayed at this hotel.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. Don't go unless the hotel is fully renovated (work in progress). The side entrance to the building didn't lock at nighttime; we did not feel safe.

Sometimes, you should just close during renovations. Plastic sheeting blocking off areas, front door is inoperable because of construction. Had to have my keys reconfigured multiple times because they would just stop working. Pool was unavailable, and the first morning I woke up there there was a false fire alarm, I presume because of the construction.

Worst experience ever. The hotel is undergoing renovations and should not have guests. If you suffer from allergies or respiratory issues DO NOT stay here. The carpet needs replacing the ventilation in the room is horrible and there are signs of mold in the bathroom. To top it off I had several packages delivered there and one went missing they couldn’t find it. Sorry Baymont you lost a customer and I will never ever ever stay there again.

The carpet was humid, and the smell of the room was awful. I was told the reason was the heavy rain in Miami. I left the hotel and requested a refund for the 3 nights I prepaid to Expedia but have not received any response from Expedia or the hotel.
