The room that we have it’s very old, the door in the bathroom and the vanity door were broken. Very noisy, you can hear everything, when I say everything is everything from your neighbors, HORRIBLE…No microwave, no coffee machine and no fridge. I feel that I paid to much money for an old and basic hotel.

Staff with no interest in making your stay pleasant. No ice bucket in room-no cups avalable in room nor @ the front desk-stained bed sheets-leaking sink-loud noises throughout the night-sent by front desk to get drinking water @gas station 2.5 blocks away (vending machine broken) no real channels available on 22" non smart tv set-can't rrally tell you for sure but I think a night in jail may have been more comfortable.

Hidden Gem in Coral Gables
This hotel does not get the respect it actually deserves and I had a very enjoyable stay. The location is ideal and very walk friendly and all of the staff were extremely nice and attentive.

This hotel is terrible. Needs remodeling, the halls smell pretty bad, musty odor. The rooms are also very bad, needs remodeling, was not clean, the bathtub was broken and had a patch that did not look appealing. I would not recommend it to anyone. The only plus is that is located in a beautiful neighborhood, close to restaurants and malls.

The room is very cold because is outside the building, also very dirty, and no pillows to sleep on. I tried to talk to the manager, but she never came out. I’m handicapped so I need handicap parking, but they wanted to charge me $12 per night. Wish it should be free. Pics of the rooms in the website are deceiving.
