This is where we stay when we come to Miami. Housekeeping has never been in our rooms during our stay. When I asked about it they said you have to request service. We forgot our toothbrushes so they gave us some, that was nice. They had no laundry detergent for sale as advertised in the laundry room so I had to go find some at midnight, that wasn't fun. Other than that pretty good place.

Beautiful property, with very very clean rooms. Helpful staff, breakfast was very good, having kitchen in the toom makes it very eazy with kids. Overall our experience was to the top. This was our second time. And we love it. Totally worth staying here.

The shuttle service was not provided. As it only start at 9am on a weekend. This was not how it was marketed. Especially when rushing this was very bad. It was more expensive than average hotel because of shuttle and it was not provided. I had to incur Uber costs
