The hotel is fabulous, the cleanliness, the attention of all the staff is wonderful, especially Ms. Elisa Izquierdo and Nuria Martinez in the breakfast service area, both are very professional, friendly and helpful, my family and I are very grateful for their excellent service, thank you for everything we will be back soon

My long Stay in Residence

Was regular because:1-recepnist that atend mu check Inn with lava of experience made mistake about the total cost 2-in breakfast placed tortilla but no way to warm these , so these were cold 3-check out too many mistakes from the same dominican recepcionist4-very good Service about shuttle transportation and nice driver 5-good support from the laundry Service 6-Need to clean front desk IT is dirty around the computer

We do multiple trips to South Florida yearly, we usually stay in South Beach, but this time we wanted to stay in a location less busy but still near everything we like to visit. It was our first time staying in Doral but we quickly loved the area. We discovered new things and had easy access to all our familiar places. The hotel and our room were excellent! The perfect size, a full kitchen and large bathroom with a living room area. You did not feel like you were staying in a regular hotel at all. Staff was on point, very helpful and friendly. Absolutely nothing bad to say with so many positives about it. I feel we will always check here for now on when booking future trips!
