Construction and a lack of cleanliness and nothing worked in the room TV didn’t work and air conditioning and heat sounded like it was getting ready to set on fire created smoke a complete disaster

Very friendly and accommodating staff! Had a beautiful view of Miami skyline from 5th floor corner room. Awesome wrap around balcony. Would definitely recommend and use again. Beds were comfortable and slept well, even though we both have lower back problems.

Close to airport, too expensive for a cruise stopover, and for what you get, but was the lowest I could find. Area was basic, not too much within walking distance. Room was basic, but bed was surprisingly comfy. Window was open when I arrived, so room was full of mosquitos.

Great check in experience and helpful staff. Convenient for airport and great parking. The lift was broken so we had to use the service lift in the staff area, poor in-room amenities, smelly, dirty pillows, rundown, scruffy bathroom, no hot water in the shower and hot water spat out out of the tap. A/C unit squeaky. Reception was smaller but the room was very tired and basic.

It's Hotel to stay in when you going on a trip

They gave excellent service gave me a early check in only thing they have a perfume of whatever cleaning product that they're cleaning it is strong and they need to calm that down that smell because some people is allergic to perfumes or heavy cleaning cleaning products otherwise it was excellent they they even put your luggage up and hold it in a secure place and tell your room is ready so you don't have to carry it around
