Decent place to stay. They offer a shuttle to Miami airport. Stayed here 2 separate nights. Did breakfast the first night. Wasn’t worth the steep price in my opinion. We just door dashed the second stay. Had issues with outlets working in the second room. But overall clean and would consider booking again

Hurricane refuge
We had to flee hurricane Milton and stayed here. This hotel accepted us and our dog with such kindness. I never saw so many dogs in one hotel ever and they never showed that they were bothered by it. The hotel itself was beautiful. We felt like we were on vacation instead of worried about our homes. We intend to come back for a real vacation soon.

Close to Airport
Arrived at Miami. Called hotel for shuttle. Recording said to exit arrivals and wait for shuttle as it runs constantly. Waited 30 minutes and no shuttle. Policeman said shuttles only pickup on departure level. Went upstairs and finally caught shuttle. Complained to receptionist about incorrect info on recording. He said recording is out of date and needs updating. Well why doesn't somebody update it instead of giving out erroneous info. How long does it take to update the recording, only a few minutes I would think. Should have more regard for their guests. Once at hotel check in was fast and room was comfortable.

No stairs after 2nd floor and we stayed on the 6th. Glad there wasn’t a fire! Hotel needs a facelift. Room was large but no chairs. Coffee at breakfast was barely warm.

I had such a good stay at this hotel, which was a last min booking. Staff were so friendly always someone at the desk no matter what time you come in. The decor for the lobby was beautiful, they had piano,pool table and a bar in the lobby. Bartender we had that night was so funny. We had a good stay

The lobby area is very nice, however, the room carpets need upgrading. Very old. Our room a section of the wall had a hole it seemed. They patch it and left it in white. The tubs for the bathroom are outdated, needs to be replaced. The AC turns on and off during the night..

Overall we enjoyed our stay, the staff was very pleasant and it’s close to the airport. The only downside was the wait for the shuttle from the airport. We saw the other hotel shuttles go by twice before ours came. Otherwise great stay!

Super comfortable and convenient location. We stayed in room 222. Reported a water leak in the bath tub faucet but it never got fixed. Hopefully they do asap as I hate wasting water. Other than that, the staff is super friendly and super comfortable beds.
