I loved the rooftop pool. It was a little chilly and the “sauna” hot tub was not hot at all. The hotel is amazing and has a wonderful breakfast in the morning and a wonderful staff.

I came just for a two day staycation my friend and I. I am from the area and we frequently go to different hotels suites etc just to get away every now and then. Nuvo suites was like a home away from home. My overall experience was phenomenal.The staff were very pleasant and nice. I even extended my stay to an extra day and the overnight staff was so helpful and eager to please. I will most definitely be coming back to this hotel and the rooftop pool bar 107 was excellent as well.

Disappointed in what the presidential suite had to offer door was falling apart and the shower did not get very hot. Also the shower had a weird design and lots of water got all over the floor.

The location is very convenient. The room was cleaned everyday without having to ask. The staff was very efficient and friendly. The breakfast was very good. The gym facilities is a bit limited but the view from there is nice. Overall a good stay. Will visit again.

This was the best value for my money in ages. I booked the presidential suite. It was very impressive. It was more like a condo than a hotel room, and very reasonable. I loved having a washer and dryer, and the balcony was huge and made a great place to watch all the plane. Maybe because I was on the top floor, I could hear the planes at night. It didn’t bother me, but it might others. The staff was very attentive, the free valet parking was another plus.

Did'nt like the fact that you have to leave the pool too early. I STAYED for two nights...the first one I arrived around 8:30...couldn't use it....the second night I have to go to out....when I came back I could use it for only ten minutes.

It was a trouble experience from start to finish! They kept saying they were fully booked during check-in and check-out even though Expedia had the same type of room available on their website for both dates! There is hardly anything around the area eat/drink wise and so the hotel thinks it’s ok to open the pool bar at 1pm and the lobby bar at 8:30pm! We were forced to check out at 11am (no wiggle room at all even though like I said earlier they weren’t fully booked) and instead of sitting around in a hotel that didn’t cater for its guests we are now sitting in the airport 5 hours before our flight! Avoid this hotel, pay a bit less and stay somewhere better.

It was a great centralized location from the airport, malls and shops. Sofa pull outs need to be checked more, the mattress inside was quite dirty. The weather was sour, but the stay was great. The pool and recreation location was great. I wish we had more time to enjoy all the amenities they had to offer.
