Pretty Suite Deal!

Pretty modest and cozy accommodations for a reasonable price. Location is conveniently near highways and valet parking is prompt, so ingress/egress from Nuvo were seamless (for my travels).

I have booked hotels from December 10 to December 16. But due to some medical emergency I had a surgery. I came from New Jersey. Due to this medical emergency, I had to checkout on December 14 early morning that means 2 days before the actual checkout date. Expedia called the front desk and the manager for a refund for 2 nights considering the medical emergency to guest and I also requested 5 times. But the manager and front desk clearly denied the request for refund. They have no policy to refund the customer on medical grounds. They were very rigid. I will recommend everyone not to go to this hotel and the staff and manager is very harsh and not at all helpful and understand someone’s medical situation. Very poor experience. I stayed in room 800.
