We asked to add one more day, and had confirmed several times that it was taken care of only to have issues with our card and receiving checkout notification the day prior to our final day. The staff at the hotel itself was very pleasant. The Miami Vacation Rental Company who owned the airbnb room at the hotel could be more accessible and knowledgeable about things.

Excellent stay! Very attentive hosts who texted before arrival (and allowed an early check in without hesitation!) and texted during the stay. Ensuring everything was to our liking. Apartment was comfortable and very clean, with Coconut Grove shopping and dining right outside the hotel. Loved the location, amenities and hosts. Highly recommend!

I had to cancel my reservation ahead of time. I lost my money. I took insurance which was another scam. Maybe everyone have over $500 to loose. I will never use orbitz again.

we loved coconut grove. The property was exactly as we expected. We were very grateful to have free parking. It was a little challenging to find spots . The pool is lovely and has towels provided. The hotel restaurant has not opened and didn’t know about that, but it didn’t affect our stay.

Great location with lots of dining options. Our unit was privately owned and we reported an issue with a curtain after the first night but maintenance never came. Reported it again the third day and were told that maintenance would go but we were checking out so we had to endure the problem during our entire time there. Definitely could do better. We have had much better experiences in the past when we book through the hotel managed units and we will stick to those in the future.

Great apartment with a great view in a great location. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops, short drive to all the main attractions and beaches in Miami. The only regret we had was that the vacation ended too soon

Miami and Arya is best combination

No better room to be in south miami. We friends enjoy the hell out of this room. It was roomy with all needed things. Beautiful balcony with a lot of space to move around. Definitely this is my next home in Miami.

Great location and great room. I was there for a medical procedure and this made it easy to get to places to eat and have some actual space as well as have a nice kitchen. I also get lots and lots of hot flashes so all the tile was super nice to lay on. Only snafu was the platform we book through didn't get our nights in correctly and had us leaving a day earlier than we paid for and was confirmed. We ended up having to move rooms which was difficult with the spinal procedure I had done. Even this survey shows us leaving 6/5 and we paid for and booked through 6/6. I don't know why you can't get this correct.
