The hotel itself was nice and just an orginal hotel. The coffee machine was not working and there was no shower door which was very weird to me, not even a curtain. The staff was okay some didn’t speak English or made an effort since it’s Miami and part of America I thought that that English was its first language but maybe not. The restaurant staff was amazing thought loved them there really nice guys. The beach was nice but not allowed to use the lounge chairs till 9 am which I thought was weird but it’s very close with good access so it works. Overall not a bad hotel, small and needs some changes but stable hotel.

I'd love to give it 5 stars because it was affordable, located right on it's own private beach, with a good breakfast on the roof with a view, the King suite view was great too, but we ran our shower for 10 minutes at 8am, but no hot water!

This property was very chic and relaxing. Having the access to the private beach was amazing & convenient. During our stay we went to the beach during the day & at night. The building was secure & the security was nice. The security guard also showed us how to get to the beach. One thing I really enjoyed was the daily happy hour that our hotel restaurant offered. The bartender was amazing! We can't wait to return to Miami and come back to the MB hotel. It was also cheaper than I expected. Also the deposit funds were returned faily quickly as well.

Tv didn't work right. Staff didn't know what was allowed with a service animal. Resturant was not told where it was in hotel. Access to room required stairs as floor we were on was not handicap accessable. Parking was not on premise as well as no place up front to check in without parking on sidewalk

Not great

- The wifi only worked outside the room. We had no internet in our room and it was never fixed. - Staff was very limited and seemed like everyone had a lot to handle, leaving certain areas of the hotel unattended. - The pool deck was pretty much a free for all area. People were bringing their own coolers and were clearly intoxicated with kids jumping and running around. - I was looking for a quiet, quaint, relaxing experience and I feel like I picked the wrong place to go.

Pool area leading out to the beach 10/10. Beautiful area, nice for families who don’t want the noise or chaos of a larger property. Room was small with 2 beds. Ok for 1-2 days. AC stopped working, got stuck in elevator with 2 small children. Was told my parking would be comped for the trouble. I didn’t get comped.

The minute u walk in you can tell that the "standards of cleanliness. Is very good. The pool area, room, overall the entire hotel was very clean n tidy. I will definitely stay again here.

Absolutely amazing in every way. Perfect beach right behind. Amazing pool!!!!! We spent most of our time between pool and beach and the poolside restaurant was so stylist, great food, nice staff. Room was small though. Not many good food option. Overall, would definitely stay here and go to downtown or south beach to eat. But highly recommend families with kids to stay here as the pool, hotel restaurant, beach, staff, environment were awesome. Thanks for free beach chairs and umbrella too!!
