Directly overlooking Hollywood Beach and within walking distance of the famous Hollywood boardwalk, this resort is close to both major airports FLL(20min) and MIA(35min), South Beach Miami, Gulfstream Park, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Aventura Mall Shopping Center, Sawgrass Shopping Center, as well as many activities such as golf courses, professional sports (Miami Marlins, Miami Heat, Miami Dolphins, Florida Panthers) deep sea fishing, bike trails.

Large (~1,240 sq. ft) renovated 2 bedrooms unit includes a large master bedroom with a King size bed and a walk-in closet, a second bedroom with two (2) Queen size beds, a full bathroom, a powder room (toilet), large living room with view on the ocean, dinning room and lunch counter. Fulled equipped kitchen, ceramic floors, 50-inch TV in the living room with DVD player, Appel TV and cable (no French channel), TV in the master bedroom, free hight speed WIFI access inside the unit. Full bedding including towels for the beach, six chairs and one beach umbrella are at your disposal.

Complex Tides facilities include two heated outdoor pools surrounded by beautiful gardens, two fitness rooms, a home theater room, a game room with pool table, elevators, two rooms with unlimited internet access, washer-dryer on each floor ($), indoor and outdoor parking ($), a place to store bicycles, a convenience store with a lunch counter inside the building at 3801, an ATM machine in each building, a security service 24 hours-7 days, valet parking service ($).

Non-smoking unit and pets are prohibited.

Upon arrival you have to pay:

- Parking: 20$usd/day, 40$usd/ overnight, 40$usd/Holiday, 100$usd/1 week, 125$usd/2 weeks, 150$usd/3 weeks, 175$usd/month, Second car parking fee150$usd , payable by credit card.

- Key fob (electronic key to access on common aera): 30$usd/key (obligation 1 key/2 adults, 13 years and more are considered an adult), payable by credit card. (non refundable)
• 1 Fob for 2 adults
• 2 Fobs for 3 or 4 adults
• 3 fobs for 5 or 6 adults
Each FOB purchased requires a $10.00 refundable deposit

- Security deposit for the parking gate pass 20$usd, payable in cash only, refundable before the departure.

There is no cancellation possibility due to weather or natural conditions that are common enough to be foreseeable in that location—for example, hurricanes occurring during hurricane season in Florida.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay! Check in and out was more time consuming than I’d like. And we found parking our large size truck difficult. But the condo was perfect and we really enjoyed the beach! We had everything we needed from towels and chairs to kitchen supplies.

Spent a few days at property. Beautifully furnished/decorated condo with all the amenities including beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Very clean and well maintained, great view of ocean. Would stay here again if travelling to Fort Lauderdale area. Great location off of beach and lots of restaurants around.

Thank you for a beautiful short stay. The place was stocked, spacious, bright, impeccably clean, and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Communication was very quick and easy, and everything was exactly as was communicated. We will definitely use this place again in the future if it’s available.

Beautiful condo with great amenities

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is beautifully decorated & was well equipped. All the beach equipment in the unit was fantastic to have available for use! (This was a must have in my unit selection & it delivered) The views are wonderful & pleasant to sit on the balcony as it is shaded in the morning & evening the way it is situated in the building. The security of the building is nice as there is always someone manning the front security desk. The doors require the key fob to get in & the elevator requires the fob to select your floor. Owners were nice to message about a water main break nearby that caused water outage up & down the street for a few hours. Otherwise we would have been very confused & concerned. Building is close enough to walk to Walmart for groceries but a bit of a hike to walk to the boardwalk, recommend an Uber or the Curcuit app to catch a lift around the area. Note to the owners, the water filter in the refrigerator reads it needs replaced & there are a few minor areas that could use a little touch up paint (most notably back of master bedroom door) but was not a negative for the stay, just an fyi. Highly recommend this building & unit!

Beach Getaway

Great condo! Clean and comfy with a great view of the ocean. Perfect for 3 friends to get together for a quick relaxing beach getaway. The pool was great and the condo was very well stocked with everything we needed. Only thing we didn’t like was the check-in process…was tedious and there were extra charges for key fobs, parking, and the parking pass ($20 refundable cash only fee. Had to go back to registration office to turn in pass and get cash back on day of check out.). Walmart is conveniently close by for groceries and there’s a great pizza joint across the street. Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend.

Spring break getaway

The condo was very clean everything you could possible need is there. Due to the time of year “ spring break” that we were there be prepared for wait times on elevators- also the service elevator was down. Beautiful view of the water. Parking- again due to the time of year -park in the parking garage in between the two buildings. Valet employees could not always give clear instructions for parking and incorrectly filled out forms for the stay, which cause delay in checkout. Not a big deal , just watch what dates they put in your paper that says with the car. Plenty of parking in the garage. Overall the condos itself was lovely and convenient.

Great spot on the beach

The condo was pretty much exactly as advertised, and great for our family of four. It was very clean and comfortable, and the view from the little balcony is amazing! I agree with some previous reviews that the check-in process is a bit crazy because they don't have any staffing to handle it outside of 9-5 hours. The people working there were great, it was just a process to get a key fob and parking tag, and it just seemed like a lot of steps for something that could be much simpler. I did find there was a bit less within walking distance than I had hoped, so for meals etc. we generally did use a car to get a bit further up the beach (only a few miles, and parking costs weren't outrageous, but given all the high rise buildings around it would've been nice to have a little more within walking distance). All in all a great trip and we would definitely stay here again.

Scenic Views, Cozy Comfort, and a Few Considerations

Our stay at the Luxury Beach Condo @TIDES RESORT was a mix of breathtaking views and thoughtful comforts. The balcony offered a stunning beach panorama, though the sand wasn't as silky as South Beach—it had more shells, adding a unique charm. The condo was well-equipped with modern appliances, but the laundry service, albeit convenient, required an additional fee. While the bedroom windows were at an unconventional height, standing on the beds granted a delightful sight of the beach. The memory foam pillows were a luxurious touch, ensuring a restful sleep. However, the single bathroom meant coordinating clean-ups after beach outings. The check-in process was a bit convoluted, necessitating a visit to the adjacent building for registration, parking passes, and wristbands—a small inconvenience. Also, the additional charge of $30 for every 2 adults for key fobs during the stay felt unexpected. Despite these considerations, the property was impeccably clean and offered a comfortable haven throughout our visit. Overall, it provided a relaxing getaway with direct beach access, making it an inviting choice for those seeking tranquility by the shore.

The stay would of been 100 times better if there was a different couch we couldn’t get over it. Plain an simple they need a new couch and love seat. Curtains were faded shower stall was a little dirty and bedding should be updated. When we stay for vacation we look for homes at least equal to or better than ares the pictures to the actual condo wasn’t that. The condo has great potential beautiful view nice beaches. With better up keep this would easily be a 5 star. The owners were nice they got back to us promptly when we had questions

Great Beach Front Condo!

Beautiful Condo

We came for a Bachelorette getaway. The condo was very clean and very well accommodated. We absolutely loved how it was decorated. The condo was spacious and fit 6 comfortably. The pool was the perfect temp and the ocean was just right outside and the condo faced it, so we had a beautiful view. Walmart was in walking distance and the Hollywood blvd was a short uber drive. Definitely would stay here again and recommend.

Clean, Beautiful Condo with Fantastic View

The condo is gorgeous. Very clean, fantastic view overlooking Atlantic Ocean and pool. We loved that in the listing there's an actual picture where they circled your room. That helped so much because sometimes they use a standard room picture and you don't really know which one is yours from the outside. Benoit was a fantastic owner and answered my questions very quickly. Overall is a great experience and we will most likely be back.
