This hotel is great Only thing I didn’t like is they put a bunch of gratuity on every freaking thing it’s ridiculous. Other than that it’s in a great area not really near all of ratchet stuff.

Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed at in Fl, Kimpton has easily topped my list of favorites. The hotel is very modern, clean and it’s right by the river. We stayed in a King suite with water view and the view was amazing! The room was clean and the floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom.. chefs kiss! We had 2 balconies. A very large one in the living room with multiple outdoor furniture including lounge chairs and another smaller balcony in the bathroom. Housekeeping did a good job daily. The only negative for us was that the room had no coffee maker or microwave.

I loved the staff that work in this property, they were very kind and helpful. The view from my dorm was very very nice, I could see part of the city and part of the water.
