Our room was not ready at 4 PM Check in, had to wait til 6pm and was not given the room type that was booked. Jacuzzi Tub was broken, light above shower did not work. We visit Miami 6 times every year & never had this much hassel with a stay.

Our hotel stay was wonderful! The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The view from our room was spectacular! We will definitely be staying there again.

Very clean, loved how they cleaned our room everyday. The pool was amazing. Food service on the pool area was fantastic. Hotel area is also great. It’s like 2 buildings away from the aston martin residences. If you care about the room view definitely ask for a higher up floor.

The rooms and beds at the hotel are really well appointed. Probably our only disappointment was the decision to have a relaxing day by the pool on our last day was hampered by the unbearably loud music that boomed across the space all afternoon.

Nice hotel, pleasant staff. Because it it is in the busy part of town, uber access, valet system took quite some time to arrive.

Beautiful property in downtown right on the water. Easy to get places, uber in miami is hit or miss 1 of 3 rides were without hiccups. Service could have been better, like attentiveness to your guest, for how pricey the hotel was i was expecting a lot more personable service.
