A shower head attached Not properly installed
We did a paid reservation and by mistake got a bathroom with a roll in shower, which we asked if we could be switched to another room with a regular bathroom shower or bathtub and Mr. Andrew stated that they were sold out. Our discomfort was that the shower head was broken and was not properly attached to a tube/handrail so it could be properly adjusted to any height but it was attached to a lower tub/handrail and therefore, only a disabled person could probably take a shower. We showed this to Andrew that this wouldn’t be functional for us to take a shower without someone holding the shower head to a higher height but he just said unfortunately this bathroom would only be for disabled people. Basically, he wouldn’t care. Stay away from Hyatt, we would not make a mistake making reservations with Hyatt. We will stick to Marriot Hotels instead!
