We booked the grand room with 2 queen beds and a sofa-bed. The description said we could sleep for 5 but when we showed up they, are only counted for 2 and charged extra $ for 3 more persons. Front desk employees are so mean and we feel they took advantage of us. We never have this problem before. Very disappointed. They are ruined our trip. I will never book with this Hyatt hotel again and i will make sure everyone i know about this chain hotel.

The property was cool and the room was nice but the hotel staff was not very accommodating, although they were nice every time i needed something i would have to go downstairs to grab it, they did not provide waters and did not bring my doordash up. My overall experience was below average as the room was nice but there was no service and also they rushed me out my room when i asked for late checkout the day before.
