Staff and property were first class. The hotel was clean and modern. The only thing I miss was the hotel shuttle days. Everything was great!

I expected more based on the pictures and Hyatt brand in the following: Disability room, it did not have or provide a chair for the shower and you can see it in the photos as a reference to the disability compliance. My wife can not stand up and we were traveling from out of United States, when I asked to the staff they mention it did not include it. I had to go to a Walmart and purchase a chair. I had to spent time and additional money to fulfill this basic need so my wife can take the showers in the two days stays. The other problem was that on the next day the room was not made and clean. The staff mentions that they do not clean the room every day!!! This was not clearly specified either in the room service specifications, I did not expect this from a Hyatt brand. I was traveling with a person who needs assistance and paid for a room to ease that condition but these two situations made my stay complicated and add additional work to my travel that I did not expect.

Wonderful place to stay.

The room was very clean, the food from the bar was very good and the breakfast was very nice. My one complaint is the shower floor was slippery, they used the wrong tile (big) for the floor.

There is no restaurants near by, Hotel doors very loud when they closed, ppl are very loud a noise I give it 2 stars.. plus they don’t speak English all Spanish like Cubans! Hated this place NO RESTURANTS near by!!
