Decent hotel for the price. Bed nice and comfy, TV was pretty useless, poor quality, no Netflix or any other app and couldn’t stream from my phone or laptop either (which I tried due to the poor TV service) Shower ok, head kept turning around so it come out soaked the bathroom floor, making it unsafe.

All in all, it would be a pretty nice place - the location is very convenient, the staff was friendly, and the price reasonable, at least for Dublin standards - if not for some really annoying issues. First is a minor annoyance - they offer room service as an opt in rather than opt out, which I think is, in general a good idea. The problem is, that to get the your room serviced, you need to order it the day before, which is easy to forget. If you put the 'please clean the room' sign in the morning - as you would in any other hotel - bad luck, no service for you. The second issue is the A/C. Perhaps not the first necessity in Dublin for most of the year, but I happened to be there during a week when it was actually quite hot. They do have A/C in the rooms, but they will randomly switch it off at arbitrary times! They probably have some green washing excuse for that, but that's not how the things should work. Sorry guys, but if I pay for a room with A/C, I expect to be able to use the A/C when *I* consider it necessary. Period. That being said, if you come during the time of the year when you won't need the A/C, you will likely have a nice stay.

I especially loved that a buffet breakfast was included in the price of my room, which is not common in Ireland. The food was plentiful and of excellent quality. The concierge showed me how to take the tram to Heuston Train Station, which was easy and only cost 2 euros, which save me a lot vs taking a taxi.

Fantastic spot. Perfect location for visiting Dublin (I'm an ex resident so know a good location!). Comfy beds, nice bedding. Small bathroom but shower really nice and powerful. Towels were fluffy and clean. Staff were incredible.1 So welcoming and made my daughter feel so special with every interaction, especially when she wasn't feeling well with a headache. They couldnt do enough to help. Thank you! (Only minor gripe is that the tv remote was so dirty... but an antibacterial wipe and it was ok again) Highly highly recommend.
