We did not like anything. The room smelled so bad that we had to throw away our clothes after leaving there. We were told by staff that there was a pool and then after we arrived, we were told that it had been closed for years.

I stayed from Sunday to Friday and only got my room cleaned once. I asked the front desk 3 times and called but no one came. Also the fan and outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. It was so hard for me to my hair. We also got stuck on the elevator for a few minutes.

We had a fabulous check in. We called last minute from the airport and asked about transportation- there are 8 people f us- and they immediately sent two gorgeous Escalades to pick us up. Ahout out to Ernesto for taking care is us!!!

The check in/check out experiences were good, no issues. The transportation offering to the cruise port(s) was somewhat chaotic. The service in the restaurant was great but the breakfast was below average. The room was generally fine but did not feel clean or sanitized. A mildewy smell. Tub not clean.

Great location...across from Kaseya Arena!!

Great one night stay! Right across from Bayfront park with shopping, restaurants, etc and Kaseya Arena for concert! All within a 5min walk. Perfect location!

The shower water was broken and leaking to bottom floor and I had to get out in the middle of the shower to answer door and then could not continue shower as there was a leak. I could not freshen up or use toilet before heading out. The carpet made my feet dirty. The shuttle was not available for cruise transport. I complained to IHG because I had another night book but wanted to cancel it, they were kind and said they would cancel the next night and not charge for it BUT Expedia would not respond and refund the cost for the second stay. Very unhappy with Expedia on this. Went to another source for my next booking. IHG did try to help and make things better but Expedia did not and then stopped responding.

Good hotel for Miami cruises.

The room was nice with a view of Bayside Marketplace. The bed was comfortable and the room was large. Downside our toilet kept refilling all night long and the nightstand lamp didn’t work. We have stayed here many times and is good before or after a cruise. We will most likely stay here again in the future.

We always have a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Port of Miami. The location is GREAT. The staff were friendly & rooms were a bit worn, but doable for one night. They called us a shuttle to get to the port. It was timely & the shuttle driver was very courteous.

Lobby needs air fresheners

I noticed a persistent bad smell in the hotel, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, I found the breakfast to be too expensive for what was offered. It would be great if the hotel could address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.
