The overall was good, I arrive earlier than 3:00 PM chech in so they did not had my room ready, but offered me to keep my luggage and we got for lunch. The rooms were comfortable (party of 5), but the checkout experience was not so good, they knock our door a couple of times (I’ve never experienced that before). One more thing is to improve AC at the Lobby.

The property was great as far as location! There is a lot to do, shopping, restaurants, and the view is nice. As far as cleanliness goes, the carpets were stained, the room was very much out of date, and stunk of a strong odor. Personally that outweighs the location for me so I would definitely not stay there again and do not recommend.

Horrible experience, bathroom was old and rusty. Needed some extra towels but I couldn’t get any because they don’t have a housekeeper who works at night, so I had to wait till 8 in the morning to get some fresh towels.

The room was clean, but dated. There ia no aifn telling you its the hotel. The packing is hard to find and $55 with all fees. The air conditioning dis not work. It was clean, mostly comfortable. Wouls not stay more than one night at a time

Extremely hot in the room, no open windows, no ice machine, elevators not working, restaurant closed hour early. Staff continously watching you like your a criminal. Just not worth the price. I will never book here again

Great location BUT....

Hotel has a great location is ypu like downtown and thw check in process was easy and fast. However there were a number of concerns: 1. Door knob to room didnt work properly and we had trouble accessing our room sometimes 2. The in room phone did not work. 3. When i called the main desk to request more face cloths and tolit paper we got disconnected. 4. I went to the main desk to ask for tolit paper and more facecloth, it took well over an hour for them to be delivered and what they delivered was incorrect. 5. The bath tub drain was clogged and the water coming from the shower head was hot and i was unable to cool it down. Too hot for an adult, dangerous temp for a child.

The air didn’t work room was 80 degrees they did change rooms but it wasn’t much better. Only one elevator worked. $70 for 2 breakfast is ridiculous

This was the worst experience of my life. I flew with my family of 6 and were given keys twice to 2 separate rooms that were already occupied and the 3rd room they offered us was not turned over filthy from previous guest. We all 6 of us slept in their lobby because it was so late and there were no rooms available close by. At 6am the old lady security guard who did not speak English abruptly woke us up and demanding that we leave because what had happened in her words was not her business.

We stayed here for 1 night before our cruise. The main area of the hotel was great and check in was easy. The lady checking us in set up a shuttle service for us for morning (Though that service did become annoying and not sure I would do that again). The room we had made it obvious the hotel was a little older but overall it was fine. I'd suggest requesting a room with a view of the port. Ours was on the 5th floor and the view was just of contruction work being done. No big deal though, we were there to sleep and shower. The location was an easy walk to Bayside Market which is a fun area. There is also a CVS just a couple blocks away. It is a main road though so there is lots of traffic, be careful when out walking.

Great location

Great location if you are taking a cruise as it's a short drive and they offered us a shuttle service the morning of that wasn't really advertised. Although it didn't appear to be super safe to walk at night, there is a lot of shopping and dining within a 5 minute walk. Restaurant on site was good for breakfast.
